MicroWallet.org is not a faucet. It is micro payment service. Faucets use it for sending their payment. Microwallet is almost dead now, they are having some problems. But faucets aren't really worth your time imo. Or at least try to get referrals through a blog or advertise somewhere.
As for "online miners", there are sites called cloudmining sites which do what I think you mean. Be careful, most of them are scams.

Just go to landofbitcoin and you can find out yourself which one is paying the most. And on-line wallet to keep a small amount of Bitcoin would be blockchain.info/wallet. Don't know about Miners.
