i have not playes as much games as you and surely i have never tested that many sites of gambling.

but in those sites that i tested i have only liked primedice for dice games and i like their new looks, it feels cozy now.
and for other games i have yet to find my favorite one.

I too like primedice site for dice game and they are best. But fortunejack also got a very good dice layout and their dice game is super fast compared to primedice.

For sports betting I only used so for directbet and it is my best sports betting site and I don't worry much on odds differences.

Betcoin.ag is nice site. I started to go on satoshigames from recently, they have nice design, but for now I don't have some opinion about that casino.

Best for me is betcoin.age, simply cause I love when I can play poker, sports book, slots, dices, and every game on one place. There is similar casinos, where we can play all this games without changing casinos all the time.

The best would be hard to determine in my own opinion without setting some parameters as the best might not be about winning alone, could be about withdrawal ( how fast) or deposit( how many confirmations), or attending to queries etc.. This put together and others will go along way in determining the best gambling site...
