That faq page is probably outdated because back then they don't ask KYC after registration but now it's the other way around as you're forced to submit an ID to increase your limit. Without verification your stuck with a 0.1mbtc limit and that's below their minimum deposit which is 1mbtc. For the other info, maybe you can find it on their FAQ.

You should check out betwinner, i think they offer the exact same tournaments as those sites that you used to bet on, but i can't vouch for them since i've never used them. How about Pinnacle? they offer tons of obscure low tier tournaments and you never have to worry about getting limited
