im not quite understand why pople love staking or PoS, from my experience i lost more than i gain cause the price of that coin keep down and finally dump
POS token have staking via smart contract, but i not sure how much profit per year.

i think that the NEO for my personally. You can try to see from the price of the each token. The gas should be worth than ark. To stake through neo was better and the more profitable rather than ark itself. Staking ARK does give you ARK at 11.4% per year

Pay seems not good in my opinion. But you can try to make a comparison. And how many you will get from your investment for every project
POS token! The coin itself is made for staking! And staking on POS is so easy and profitable! You can call mint function evety 3days and your coinage will determine your reward!

Bannercoin (BANC) - From an airdrop, i generate something like 0.01% in one month
Waves - It's LPoS. Leasing for 3 months and the profits are minimum! I think I can generate more by going once a day to a faucet
Stratis - I decided not to remove my stratis from exchange to stake because I will take some time to recover the transaction fee
Lisk - It's DPoS. I think this could be the more lucrative that I own, but the lisk spended in voting for delegates will take some time to recover because delegates have minimum payouts.
In conclusion, my experience with PoS its not lucrative

RAIN is the best staking coin i've currenlty invested in. 15% a month staking rewards, around 200% ROI per year. It has been going up month by month and has a really low cap.
Steaking waves was giving WCT tokens, but this is ending this month forever.
You can hold Taas maybe it gives ETH for their trade profits. I already hold NEO for GAS stakes. Maybe we can take a look at casino ones, but that's not stake actually, it's profit.

HEAT has nice staking rewards right now as well between 4-6% a month.

OHM - 20%
Onion - 10%
808 - 808%
IFTL - 800%
EMB - 720%
1337 - 41% (I think)
Some of these coins are undervalued but yield very good POS returns. I love POS coins as they do not require high end mining equipment or pc for staking.

I agree on Neblio. I'm a big fan, 13m token supply, 2.7m marketcap and quick development.
DeepOnion gives 10% PoS interest the first year. There is a lot of pos coins, but most will lose more value then you gain from staking.
I'd also like to know this,
BitDice pay dividends every quarter I think.
As does DDF (Digital Developers Fund).
MAGOS also pays out dividends.
