I also experienced the same thing, tried to log in with the old account but couldn't, tried the forgot password option was also invalid, I still remember have ethereum and bitcoin balance when I last used it in 2018 it was around $45 maybe now it's around $380.

If you can hold your COSS at the exchange site and I think you don't even need to swap your coins. As far as I know the swap process has already ended. I don't even see any news that said there will be another swap for the coss token and I think you will be fine with your token.

That means the team is only opening the platform for the investors only, as far as i know if some people have already received the invitation to use the platform but i have a question that needs to be asked by the developers about what investors that already had an access to the platform. Im also still feeling doubt about that dude.

There is not much hope when it comes to this exchange but hopefully in the near future COSS can reopen to all investors because so many people have assets at this exchange. I am not sure what will happen next but this exchange really disappointed me and it is definitely more difficult to withdraw money. However, I will still wait and continue to wait for the latest announcement this exchange.

edit: haha nice.. just joined coss on telegram, before doing anything, admin permits writing for next 14 days.. nice service - no access to exchange, no way for contacting .. nice option to store digital values.. never again ..
