I think the best ICO to invest right now is chozun 途赞 This travel company already has started a few years back and has a a solid team behind them. They've ventured into ICO and will be having their main sale next month. Looks really interesting and I'm excited on their launch!

BEST ICO of all times is ETH or NEO I think.
BEST upcoming ICO is not very easy to identify as we are currently in unstable market.

I am curently thinking about geting into Morpheus Network. There is no much hype around the project, but its telegram group already has 6k. After pre-sale I expect very active marketing campaign and I like the idea of the project.

I don't have interest with ICO's before as most of the projects that I've been seeing are not serious with what they promote. But when I found out that VLB is serious with all the connections they have been in their project including their developers and partners, it caught my attention. And after reading, their light paper and white paper I've found out that this is not a joke ICO. They are serious to the extent that they have to postpone the first presale and needs to adjust soft and hard cap which lead them to give a reliable and realistic one.

On my opinion Safinus is a good one. The idea of such investment platform has a lot of advantages for every kind of investors and funds worldwide.

You should looking good every ICO befor you buy in... You can consider to have a look on otcrit ICO which would starting in next days (have a look on my signature...) There is an already existing company releasing his own token (BBcoin). Just have a look on it, but there is never a guarantee for ICOs

It is correct that all bounty hunters will recommend their signatures ICO's. They also carefully selected their signature, so they recommend.
But you correctly said that you need do your own research about ICO's. You can go through project prospective financial scope; you can tell if  the team wants to put their bellies before the blockchain. How they intend to distribute their tokens, what % of stakes the developers or presumed advisors have in the entire budget are all markers to look out for.

Some other blockchain projects can give the profit and they are interesting enough. For example, lottery on blockchain - LuckyToken.

There is nothing called BEST ICO ... you have to actually spend a little time and read into different ICO's before understanding which one is worth investing in. Currently, I can't see many on the horizon that are worth it but there could be few.

Have you read whitepaper of VLB? this one I think is a good ICO. I have few trusted ICO and some of these where EBcoin, VLB, graft and Jibrell. You can try reading their ANN thread and whitepaper for you to choose which will be having a good market. Just be careful of you want to invest better make you best research first since many scam projects are out now in the market.

I don't think one can jump to conclusion that this is the best ICO, the decision is subjective because I have seen some ICOs being rated very high that IMO do not worth that much, some are just idea that can't scale. The main thing is to use the information giving to you to make the right decision

In my opinion one of the best and potential ICO is Credits because this project want to solved scalability issue of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Blockchain of Bitcoin and Ethereum can not use in payment of financial service because they only can handled a hundreed transaction a second but Credits will better because can handle a thousand transaction in a second.

I'm not join with ICO anymore, to much lost I get after replace my money. ICO is new way to collect fund from us and use it to develop their program. It's good concept but when they fail we also lost our money. Specially at this moment, I'm not recommended any ICO to join. Market is not stable and bitcoin has lower price and my money stuck with it. Think again and good luck with you.

I made research recently and i like Dorado and Etheal, the ideas are good, innovative and projects are also trustworthy I think, but its difficult to say for sure.

I do not know in which country you are, but most ICOs with great potential are closed to citizens of many countries. They sometimes do not even mention this list of countries. You register, you wait for the letter, then you are invited to send documents. You send documents, wait weeks, and then simply they refuse to you.

They lost 2 mil of investor funds. How is that good lol?
