You can use for this purpose rating site or ICO calendar. But there you can only find out a name and the main idea of projects, after that start real work.
You need to spend a lot of time on reading article, websites, forums, reviews and so on. You should to make our own investigation for each projects to be sure it is not a scam. It's really hard and long term work if you want to reach some profit from it.

Most of us will see whitepaper ( concept, team, price ) and how good they create communication with members. After that, let the real market give their own answer. We only predict and has no control about ICO, that's why stop loss and money management needed. I only suggest practice with real money, until now practice give me valuable experience about the best choice about ICO. Keep practice, repeat again and you'll have a good analyze about ICO. Recommended COSS and HVN ( private opinion ), thank you and good luck.

First is to check there website. Most ICO have their own website so you can check all the information needed. Look for their whitepaper, check the press or ICO related sites that reviews ICOs, check their partners and or customer (also check the legitimacy of this companies). Make sure their product are feasible in reality and that their product is innovative. I recommend GLADIUS not just because I'm handling their signature but because they have everything I discussed above.

Apart from Kyber, I never heard about the rest of the ICOs. Majority of the ICOs are simply scammers trying to steal money in creative ways. The problem here is that people actually fall for such scams and lose their hard earned money and complain on this forum. I think that Utrust is definitely worth looking in to, the ICO starts on the 2nd November.
I'm interested in McAfee coin but it looks like they only want "accredited investors".
Even John McAfee doesn't believe that coins success.
Better ICO's are coming. Idex for example, it has working product now.
Check some ratings of top ICO. But you should be very careful, many and many ICOs are very risky

well there's some coins which will be introduced this coming November so we just need to read more about the project if that will be useful in the long run,
and also better to understand if the project will be easy to adopt blockchain system so you will be assure that this coin will make good future to come in

Mothership MSP was my first ICO that I trusted and so far it's a winner and has great things ahead of it now I've got that same feeling about NEX
Just remember that nothing is really "free". A good ICO does not require fancy gimmicks and free coins.
