Regulations VS beautifull startaps?
i think new tecnology startaps can big potential. for example AI and solar energy. i to investin in ICOs, but i dont think about 1-2 month bennefits. i look it for long term,
market will recover, but now is great period for start investing, becouse ETH have so small price, we can help smart projects, here is nothing different for me, i know, if i will find great project, with great future potential, i will god Huge bennefits.

Stay away from investing in ICO at this terrible time. I think you should focus on investing in few good altcoins which are falling very hard at the moment cause it'll give you a big return in the future but with ICO projects, it's very dangerous to invest in at the moment.
I have the same strategy with you. I also invest in some good and potential altcoins that has declined very hard and hold it until it reach my target price. I managed to get profit from this strategy by investing in bob's repair and xyo and sold it when the price 2x higher than my buy rate. I don't have high expectation in this bearish market so getting 2x of profit is good enough for me except for long-term hodl.
I think there are some good ICOs in December like EUREKA or the others are also very good, but maybe you should be careful because the current cryptocurrency price conditions are also very cheap and so prices won't stabilize.
