Personally. I am with Global JobCoin. They have a successful company in Switzerland since 2014. Its a great project, they even sold all 10m tokens in the pre-sale.

just new with this ICO stuff, so it would be nice if someone could help me with some answers.

As an example lets take CONFIDEAL:

- i can take part changing Ether in CDL?
- after the ICO i will get my Token incl. bonus token?

Whast the deal with it, can i sell or change the CDL token, will they increase in value, where and how could i sell them?

Global job project is one that is already having a huge load of support as the team and the project has been around since 2014 and then trying to integrate the blockchain technology into their system seems pretty cool. I love the idea, the team is superb and I am really sure this project would boom.

Also, tio tour project got me attracted cause of the team's response and how much they are targeting the tour sector most especially in Asia which seems pretty cool and they are really working hard already with lots of partner in the tour industry.

Agree with you only for Gladius and Utrust, another ICO's I skip it ( leave ). For me, Gladius and Uturst has interesting concept and clearly roadmap. Easy to understand and make me sure those are the right ICO I should invest. But most of us see another thing, such as dev team and price token. That's natural and I can accept that. Maybe different with others opinion but it is my call and I always prepare for the worst. Maybe you want take time to see Earth Token. Good luck and thank you very much.
