Till there is some regulation brought into the ICO markets I wouldn't recommend investing your hard earned money into ICOs. With most of the ICOs failing you are better off just investing your money into already established coins as theres no such thing as the best ICOs, all are the same and finding that one ICO thats going to work isn't going to be easy.
I'm with Darico.io firstly it's a great company and secondly they're aligned with a legal team in gibraltar. The team has made an Ecosystem allowing contributors to use their product- exchange, news, wallet, debit card and the coin is 50% 35% gold And rest eth and btc. It's like DGD. Vey wise buy imho

Angelcryptio is only person shows you the right way to find the best ICO of the market. There are people invested on ICO project mate but those people always do not take the suggestion from the forum members bro.

Agreed! They did a very good job at being open with their community and explaining the reasons behind their decision. This is the kind of commitment and transaparency I am looking for from the team behind the ICO.

I have joined their bounty campaign so I read the announcement regarding the ICO dates change and I believe it's a good move. It's a very promising ICO so now that the market seems to be picking up I believe they will be very successful.

In now days best of them it's - Cardstack, Mainframe, Opiria. Not greedy, hype low level.
Nex and NKN. Yesterday was the last day of Blockcollider (i've invetsed). Also tomorrow EFX tokens will be distributed and maybe they will be tradeable on Switcheo soon. If you missed their ICO you can buy it for long-term.
