We need to manage risk. Put 60% of your money in low risk (buy a house and wait 10-20 years) 30% in medium risk (buy stocks and wait 5-10 years) and 10% in high risk like crypto.

many people prefer ico because it can buy at cheaper price, but now many ICO is not successful so that the price is more expensive than the price in exchange, and I have several times to follow the ICO and suffered losses, currently I prefer trading than the ICO

I don't trust ICO's Because most of the government regulations are going against them and that is a big turning factor in their price.
Generally the price thends to decrease a lot from the expected output and it's really something that needs to be considered before getting into that.
I just keep a good amount in wallet and hold for long terms and when there are fluctuations going on that are essentially very high and very low I generally begin trading actively.
As in selling when the price is high and buying again when it's low, it gives passive income and is worth it many times .
I just go for BTC and ETH since they are the most promising ones.

by 2018 many ICOs have no success. it's different in the year 2017 ago. which are few ICO but mostly successful. if you are currently looking for investments in ICO, you should be careful. please read the whitepaper, see the investor, and the developer team, see the vision for the future. so you can choose to invest in a good ICO.

I like many people started with Hodl, but after a while I started to trade and now I try to trade every day. Depending on the situation on the market.

The best strategy to invest with crypto is to buy as many coins as possible with superior quality when the price is cheap. Then, holding it in several allocations, ie long-term and short-term. Long term is a useful strategy for you to save your future investment assets in the crypto. While short-term is your strategy to enjoy profit in a short time. Then sell some of them when their prices are up and stable in the safety situation.

If you are talking about an investment strategy, I believe that the only strategy is to buy 5-10 Crypto-currency, or better still keep them. If you are going to sell on the falls - this is already considered trading

If you are just getting started in cryptocurrency try getting and using the advice experience investors in crypto give because they know alot more than you, and someday maybe you can be more experience than that investors.

If you receive some bonuses when investing in an ico, it can be profitable. As for me, i use several strategies: hodl and short-term. The futher is secure, the latter is risky but can bring more)

Hey..

I know that everyone has different investment strategies such as day trading, hodl, buying icos and so forth...

I am selecting the best icos of every month and then I am investing into 2-3 icos for every month, but I have heard many people complaining abouy buying icos because price tend to get lower when hitting exchange for the first time..

And sometimes I am simply frustrated when hearing shit tons of people saying that buying icos is stupid.. but I guess its not so time consuming as day trading..

what is your strategy??? and what are pros and cons of your strategy??

At the time of instability there is no better strategy than just holding coins as long time as it is possible. Maybe mining is also could be profitable. But no other activities would bring better stable income than long term holding.

My strategy is to invest in the most valuable cryptocurrencies. I try not to invest in ICO. I think any portfolio should have the most promising altcoins-for example, Ethereum and NEO.

This strategy don't work again, the very best ICOs are bought out in private sale, how many good projects now enter the public sale phase, even those that do to enter the whitelist is tough and only small portion is left for the small investors. the last 10 ICOs I participated in, only 2 have I made profit, all are now below the ICO price, including DAOStack that was recently hyped

My strategy is to share dangers. Half I keep on my wallet it's a long investment. Regardless of whether the course has developed or not I won't sell them. The second part is to purchase coins in IСO. They either move to a tote or are sold on the stock trade. I investigate how the ICО has passed and whether the item proceeds onward. Also, not an extensive sum I have on the stock trade for day by day exchanging. I don't have enough time for this. In any case, here and there I can win.

up to now, I hold a lot of coins for investment in the long term. and I think the result could've been said to be very large. even my capital back completely and now only invest with the profit I get. the strategy may hold and long term many people do because of the potential crypto annually increased.

The best way in investment is 30% of your income for the long term. And we must understand the market when it will start from the bottom to have time to buy a token. It is very useful to invest for our future.
Yes, it's a really good investment strategy. 30% is the optimal amount of investment to get a good profit and not lose your assets. You need to be patient and watch closely all that is happening on the market.

Split your money into different projects, even split for long-term and short-term investment. Don't panic, when you decide for a long-term holding. Purchase when the price goes down and sell when the price starts rising. Don't wait for the maximum, but still hodl the long-term part.
