Best life lesson I learned that makes me a better person is that , "Health is wealth". Health will always be an invaluable asset. Always appreciate, nurture and protect your body. We tend to take for granted our health because we think that we are still young and strong. But that is not right, we have to take care of ourselves or we'll regret it later on.
