i have been using coinotron, but I need to find a alternative because the online hashrate is always wrong. Anyone suggest anything comparable to coinotron?.

I'm using wemineltc right now.
No idea of legitimacy, so I used a new account/pw with them and am testing right now.

Doesn't appear to be awful.
They have stratum. :3 Makes me happy.

WeMineLTC.com seem to have set up shop in the last day or so.  Anyone know if they are legit? Gone from nil to 40MH/s already.

I've been using https://lc.ozcoin.net/ for a few months now and they have been pretty stable. They appear to have been hit in the latest round of DDoS attacks but came back up just a few hours later.

I used http://ltc.kattare.com/ to mine a few fairly quickly (about two days per coin), but was concerned about a really high stale rate of about 15% to 20%. So I tried https://notroll.in/ to see how it compared.  After three days, I am still at around 0.6 of a coin, even though my hash rate seems the same.

I can't access https://notroll.in ATM either--I understand there's a DDoS involved but my miner seems to be working fine.

FWIW, once I've finished mining this current coin, I'll be going back to http://ltc.kattare.com/

Also FWIW, any litecoins I mine will be converted to BTC!

YMMV!

I've been using coinotron but the website is often lagging Sad

Best strategy is to use p2pool i guess.

Also, the min "no fee" withdraw at coinotron is 10LTC, which can take some times ...

All servers are getting DDOS'd right now, it seems.

The group that was DDOSing MtGox to game BTC price seems to have set their sights on Litecoin.

Given the immaturity of Litecoin, DDOSing it will have a greater effect than what they've had with bitcoin.
They might drive the price down further than they intended... I hope they stop soon.

notroll.in has a very good DDoS protection, so it stays up most of the time.

personally, I like litecoinpool.org

Been using coinotron, no big issues.  The site itself yesterday wasn't accessible for a little bit but nothing bad since.

Confirmation of the initial low-payout worries. If you've never mined on PPLNS pools, it can be a bit nerve-wracking at first (as little to no payments are received).

I'll throw in another vote for p2pool, it works like a charm. I just set up my own p2pool, feel free to give it a spin if you want to get a feel for how it works (or keep using it for that matter). Keep in mind that you'll have to keep mining for 24-36 hours to get your fair share, so don't get discouraged by low payouts at first.

p2pool.  Switched two days ago and seeing mining rewards flow in with no disconnects/failovers is fantastic.  Now all I have to worry about is my fiber connection.
