I've heard about Linx a lot as many people see huge potential in this coin. Mainly because the devs are really professional and active.
Also, Linx hashrate passed 1 TH/s which is quite amazing considering market cap below 10 mil $. Cannot wait the big announcement!!!

Don't invest in Deep Onion or NXT, if you want to make money then invest in a coin with a high daily volume so you can actually cash your money out when you make the money.

What your saying makes zero sense. The volume is low because the market cap is low... if it raises the volume will increase...

There are many low priced good coins but as per my opinion, those are Pura, RDD, XVG, DGB, SIA and all these coins have huge potential of rising in short term and can also hold for long term.

OP, you are misleading yourself.

You should be looking on what is the market cap of the coin you are checking( market cap=Total number of coins in circulation * Last price), the more market cap the coin has, the less growth potential it has.

For an example, XRP(Ripple), who costs 2.7$, has a market cap of about 140B$, on the other side, Litecoin who costs much more( 270$ at the current rate), has a market cap of about 40B$.

It all depends how many coins are in circulation, so to prevent misleading you should always rely on market cap!.
The fact the ripple only costs 2.7$ doesn't necessarily mean that it is smaller then litecoin who costs 40B$

TLDR; it doesn't matter if the coin costs less then 1$ or more.

Probbaly one of the most promising low cost altcoin as of right now, is TRON, this coin is promissed to be the next hit andd for that many people have started investing in it, only yesterday the coin was at the bottom of the market cap chart now it is number six, and by that it has surpaased any known altcoins, like dash and litecoin which have been on the scean for a while, its price has started going up quickly and it is right now worth 0.2$ and it would be just a matter of time before it starts skyrockting.

Most of the times market capitalization is not definite in new currencies that are just appeared on the market. In such case it is better to look on the collected money on the ICO or monitor the tendency of price growth.

for me DENT coin. though the marketcap is huge but it is a service token and it has a real product on going and maybe this is the first eth platform product to release in the market. better check it out

Oh, BTW, we are all mentioning coins that are already out there. There are some incoming projects with really interesting new coins not to mention utility tokens. Maybe the best 2018 coin is yet to come.
