I've used blockchain, coinbase, multibit, electrum. Not sure any of those are what you're looking for. There's also various well known dice or gambling sites that you could probably use like a wallet.

get used to transaction fees, your payments will never confirm if you dont use a fee. and its just 10k satoshi, barely 2 cents. not a big deal.

i will be confirmed eventually, the good thing about BCI is that if it is not confirmed within 48hr it will be sent again with a new tx with same settings

If you want to stay away from Blockchain , then your only choices are Xapo or Coinbase . not sure about the fees though
But I would advice you to pay the fees since they are small andthey are really helpful to get your transaction getting confirmed faster
if you don't , u risk to get unconfirmed transaction for ever

From the virtual I would be better advised XAPO Wallet .
