All methods are good but the best is the one where the stronger account is located (YouTube, FB, forum and etc...). If u have perspective acc on some social media - of course for u the best places are like facebook, twitter, instagram, youtube - i think that video review more have good information. In our days all use portable devices and they often opened social media and info pages - very convenient for distribution.

I think social media paltform is the best place to promote a project through bounty campaign which gives more exposure to your project . You can also do a paid advertising , like for example in youtube . Facebook used to accept crypto / ICO advertisements but after the market crash they banned it. But Google with its Youtube is not . You can also try Discord , Reddit , Telegram , Discord , and other chatting sites / platforms for that is where some investors lurk

Of course that for successful promotion of the campaign bounty it is necessary to use complex method like video reviews and blog/twitter/facebook articles etc... of course not just one. For me, video reviews and articles of individuals who have proven themselves in this field are more useful.
