I think that mining pool hub its ok. And has lower payment limits.
I'm also using supportxmr.com without any problem, but to be honest I must admit that I didn't mine enough for the first payment.

Instead you mining with the direct pool you may use the XMR mining algorithm on Nice hash and able to get the rewards in bitcoin right! simply waste of time I believe according to my personal view about it.
