I only use Blockfolio. for me, it has always been and remains the most relevant tool. if I cant find some coins there, then I only use Coinmarketcap
I have been using delta for a long time and it has had constant updates as well. You can even have multiple portfolios in the premium version but I think free is pretty good.
Also have a look at Blockfolio, they even push out news related to the coin you have as well.

I'm looking for a good portfolio tracker which supports most defi tokens and all major cryptocurrencies. Suggest one and reason why it is best suited for you.
I think the best one out there is coinmarketcap. You can check on their [1] website. Also if you want you can download their app and input their your tokens and coins to watch their price. As long as they are listed on cmc, price would reflect including your balance and volume of tokens you have. [1] https://coinmarketcap.com/defi/

Blockfolio supports any type of crypto coins, either exchange tokens or DeFi tokens they are all available on blockfolio and one other thing I like about blockfolio is the notification features about any important news of your coins you keeping track on
blockfolio and delta should be good enough for you. if you already use them, mind telling what features are lacking? as far as i can tell they support a huge list of coins & tokens and is used by many people. if you can't find your tokens/coins on them, you can request to get it listed.
I have recently download and started using the crypto.com wallet. It has many interesting features and one of them is tracking Defi projects. I am not sure whether this wallet will serve your purpose but you can give it a try.
