The OP asked for a list of managers, he got that within the 1st couple posts. Rest of you are just spamming the topic and it's not cool. I'm sure all the managers mentioned appreciate you voting, but this thread I doubt was intended for that purpose.

When I first joined the forum and was a young member, definitely the best campain manager back then was Stuna.
His campaigns were then the best in terms of payment and everything else.
For the last year or two the best manager has been Hhampuz.

Actually there's a lot of good campaign managers in the forum, all the managers listed above are good managers, they can do the job but it actually depends on the needs of the advertisers and for sure these managers are very much flexible. I would recommend the managers that I have work now and in the past.

Yahoo62278
Hhampuz

DarkStar_ work with him once IIRC.

and also sujonali1819 who is currently the campaign manager of Blackjack.fun

If it's for experienced managers, then 3-4 minutes might sound possible. Though being manager is not all about counting posts. You have to respond any question, complain, application which your inbox and telegram will be full of them.

Tbh, I know about some managers who do an in-depth analysis of their campaign participants to assure that the participants did well by helping the campaign through advertising it during the whole week. It's not an easy job to manage a campaign, takes a lot of efforts even if you consider it a 2 hour job. The time a manager will take to grade a sheet will depend on how many users are actually involved in the campaign, and other factors too including, but not limited to:
- Counting posts based on allowed and restricted forum boards.
- Checking if they have made specific number of posts in a mentioned board or not (like minimum x posts in Gambling).
- Checking the time gaps to see if there is any burstposting / spam or not.
- Seeing if a user received a negative trust? If yes, how valid is it? And then deciding whether to keep that user or not.
- Rectifying any errors (if made) while counting and correcting them.
- Sending the funds to users timely.

So tbh, it's a high-responsibility job regardless of the time it takes to be done.

Anyway I'm not against self-managed campaign. We can see Best Change's campaign run well until now. But having an experienced user to handle it will be more effective imo especially for a new project, which the project owner could be more focused on developing the project or promoting it to other platform(s).

Well, when we speak about a WHOLE PROJECT, we already know that they work with a team and not just one single developer. So if they try to manage their own campaign by assigning one of their own employees, then I don't think there's anything wrong as they will also hire their marketing expert only and when you already know how Best change did it, I don't think any other example suits here. However, having this forum's campaign managers represent their project here will work as a charm as they already have the experience of handling these campaigns and most importantly, they (the managers) have their reputation attached to their (company's) campaigns which is an icing on the cake. I agree on most the names listed above as a good campaign manager like yahoo and hhampuz but if the OP is planning to hire a campaign manager then maybe he should consider too the number of the campaign that the manager is currently managing at the same time because it might impact the accuracy of there work, We are all just people and we all have limitation. Maybe he should consider underrated campaign manager that has no or few campaign managing. This is only my opinion that might help to choose wisely.  Wink

I'm sure the OP has listened to the advice and recommendation for the best campaign manager so far. They are very popular with good management services. Hhampuz is my best manager of choice and Yahoo is my second. However, if you want to get some other thing like bonuses, then there's nothing wrong with contacting @tranthidung even though they're still new to campaign management. You can use his services and get some attractive offer from him and what's wrong. Let's take a look at who you choose, now you have several choices between the best one and the one that suits your need.

OP, you can have a visit in my portfolio- https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/available-signature-bounty-campaign-manager-lm-management-5180747
After that, it takes around 1-2 minutes per person per week to check their posts and a few minutes more to initiate a batch transaction.
If you recruit some new people in your campaign whom you have not work with before, that will take huge time to check and count post. Only counting the numbers are not enough. You have to check quality, you have to check whether users are posting in aappropriate board, whether users are engaging with the community and some more.
And yeah, it's true that when you recruit people whom yu have worked couple of times, in that case, you know their posting habit and thus, it will take you less time than the previous scenerio.

I'm vouching for these best managers here on the forum Yahoo62278, Hhampuz, Crytopreneurbrainboss, and last but not the least Coolcryptovator.  Whoever you choose among them I am sure they will do the job well.  Any of them can be given the expected result to spread the good news of your product, service offered, or any other kind as long as of course do not just Ponzi scheme.  I have not experienced any problems in handling their campaigns because they are professionals and they really know what they are doing.

I suggest managing your own signature campaign. Why outsource it? It's simple enough, choose high quality applicants based on their posting history, merit history, reputation, and sections they usually post in...

After that, it takes around 1-2 minutes per person per week to check their posts and a few minutes more to initiate a batch transaction.

Be efficient and keep it in house and funnel that money back into your signature campaign to keep it running longer.
It's an option if you want to save some money, but I think it would be best to let professionals to do their job. There is not so many successful campaigns managed by someone from that project. While we have enough bad examples. I think that for someone who is new to this forum and not very familiar with things here like merit, reputation, burst posting and etc, it may be difficult to manage campaign and choose best posters

OP, I vouch for Hhampuz, but if you want to check and compare available managers, you can check link posted by @BitcoinGirl.Club

All of the managers that have been mentioned were all good and professional in handling campaigns. I'd like to add our campaign manager in the campaign that I'm currently in.

If your campaign is Bitcoin related then I would suggest choosing only top managers like Hhampuz, Yahoo62278 or Coolcryptovator.

Even if it takes longer than 2 minutes, it can't take more than 3-4 minutes even manually checking and scanning many of the threads.

With 20 participants, that's 1 hour to 1.33 hours tops, add in a little extra for the processing time, calculations, updating the spreadsheet etc, it's a 2 hour/week job.

I just think keeping it in-house will benefit the forum more than outsourcing it. Though I'm not sure how much signature managers charge, it might be cost-effective to have an expert handle it (e.g. if it's under ~$150/week)

Managing the campaign for your own project is indeed saving your money. But checking the posts of your participants in 2 minutes per user. Really? If it's that simple, then everyone even me is able to be a manager. A good manager will check the thread of his participants posted on as well to make sure that the posts are contributive to the issue from OP and not repeating the same answer by previous posters. I don't think it could be done in 2 minutes. In the past there were several signature campaigns that running with bot only without manager. But nowadays the number of spammers are too damn high so mostly (if not all) managers have to check the posts manually.
