c-cex it self is a very good and very big exchange sites,. actually it depends on which altcoin you decide to trade or exhange. if you want to trade with cheap and new coins then C-cex and yobit are the best, because they add every new coin come in the market..

Where is my ring of blades...
Hello,
I'm new in trading cryptocurrencies and i want to know what's the best and most active sites to start with.

there are many sites that you can choose from if you want to trade. and it depends on you and your preference which one you choose.
it depends on where you live, what deposit methods you are looking for, the coins that you want to trade (because not all coins are on all exchanges)
but the top are these:
Bitfinex, BTC-E, Kraken, Bitstamp, Poloniex, Bittrex, C-Cex, Cex.io

remember to read some feedback from each one before choosing them. use google to find it.

if you like c-cex then stick with it because it is a good place, I don't like the interface much but it is good especially since there is multiple coins to trade against. and the support there is good and responsive.

not much.
the price goes up and down but always it balances itself out in different places so fast. so if for example bitcoin is $570 in one place and in another it is 560 then in a short while the price will rise up to 570 in the second place or will go down in the first place

for bitcoin versus fiat trading the most active exchanges are bitfinex (which was hacked recently but came back!), bitstamp, kraken, btc-e

for altcoin exchanges there are poloniex, bittrex and c-cex

but choosing any of these only depends on what you like, for example i chose bittrex some time ago because i liked the charts and the fact that they did not ask me for any personal information to sign up.

check here coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/ you can see all the bitcoin and altcoin exchanges that are active. the ranks there shows the amount of daily trading volume which also shows the popularity of these sites. from the top sites you can choose the one that you like based on the volume, the interface, the coins that are listed there, and other options like what kind of $$ deposit/withdrawal they accept.

Everyone's got their personal preference. I tend to use Poloniex but there are other good ones too.

Apart from a good track record, which is vital, it's no good putting money into an exchange with no communication and a history of hacks, volume is very important. The more volume there is, the more opportunity to make money. If you make a huge profit you can't get it out unless there are enough buyers.

The price will balance out between the exchanges. A lot of people make money trading between them if differences open up between them which quickly brings the price back in line.
