As far as legality goes, it's illegal almost everywhere in the US and you "cant" use $$ for online gambling but.....a shit ton of people do it anyway so you have to weigh that risk. Sorry to hear that you are scammed in cloudbet but did you confirm that the cloudbet are scam you need to have some proof and submit to their support maybe they are some bug..
