My conspiracy theory is that someone is manipulating the Bitcoin price in a way to trigger massive panic amongst current Bitcoin holders. They need to get their hands on those coins, before the next big bull run and they need to get those coins at the lowest price possible.

I will not be surprised if the next Bull run will be as early as Q1 2019. It is just strange to see such a large dump at the end of the year.
We also have the Swizz with their approval of their own version of the ETF's and the SEC's decision on Bakkt in December.  Huh

It looks like you didn't hear the news. Bakkt got delayed to January. They're having problems with getting insurance for their hot wallet. At least that's what they're claiming.
I'm also a big conspiracy theorist and think that it's a great moment for both Bakkt and ETF to get delayed again. It will only scare people more and push them into the level of despair these institutions want to get more cheap coins. And i'm sure that if people at these companies have insider knowledge that they're going to get approved, they're buying right now. I would be.

To be more direct ,Nobody knows the main dip where the price will reverse because in a very turbulent market condition buying at the dip is like catching a falling object.
So, I divide my capital into three places ,and once a strong support is broken,I buy at that support. IF the price reverses at the support I bought ,I will make a huge profit.
Secondly ,if it keeps on dumping ,I will use my second capital and buy more than the units of coins I bought previously (place buy order at the next support level) ,hoping that once the market reverse ,I will make more profit.on the other hand ,I take cognizance of the btc price direction before placing buy order ,meaning if the price direction of bitcoin moves upward and stabilize or move sideways,I buy once I confirm the market cap of bitcoin has increased to a reasonable extent.

For me when the crypto prices starts to dump the best option I see is to make sure I convert all my cryptocurrencies into USDT. This is because I think its one of the most stable coins on the market looking at its graph.

I would sit back, relax, listen to some crypto covers on YouTube, laugh and wait for the next bull-run while accumulating as much cheap coins from the market as I can.

It can't be that easy my friend unless you are the richest person in the earth.. You listen music while your money melting.. Come on.. You can say that you can be good and fearless Hodler yes but you can have fun when market crushes.. I believe that your way to look in the market just for fun..

Do most of us know when the price dump?? I think nobody so for me, the best thing to do when the price dumped is to just hold instead of selling at a loss although holding has risk too.

I have trust in cryptocurrency in general so even the price of all the coins crashed right now, I choose to hold my coins since I'm holding for mid to long term at this moment. I know there is a manipulation going on here. Aside from it, news also affected it and some dumb investors who panicked have sold also their Bitcoins causing it to further go down.

I don't think this is a good thing!
Many people lose money in cryptocurrencies, they sell their cryptocurrencies and then stay away from this market!
There is no new capital in the cryptocurrency, and the market is hard to get active!

Your strategy is quite risky. I prefer to invest in such a situation in ICO projects. Not a fact that you will earn, but at least not loss...

Even if you cash out and leave crypto as long as the market continues to be with bears, you really can't say you're quitting at all. I didn't dump all the altcoins I got the ones I just cash out are ETH and BTC but still I kept monitoring the market, looking for signs and checking the price of the tokens I have. I can say that once you have been in crypto, I think you can never really quit to forget about it since we are just too programmed to believe this is the future.

High fees = low BTC price
Well the answer according to paid dis-info agents here has got to be "Buy on the dip" as the price dumps, never sell but that propaganda
didn't work out too well over the past 10 months as the price keeps dropping due to trust being destroyed after miners were allowed to
put fees up to $55 per transaction by the instigators of "CPU WARS" that wrote the BTC shit-ware code.

Smart people like me made money, knew when to hold and when to fold but hang around here and these same people will be offering you financial
advise about what to do with your coins when the price is well below $1000 per coin

It makes sense to become a part of Precium Foundation just now as prices fall?

That is the reasonable action we need to do OP.  I agree that instead of selling all our holdings without thinking, we should if possible short then buy back at dip and wait until all the confusion and FUD disappear.  HODL until the price goes up and sell at a profit.

Sadly people just sell and exit without thinking that it is possible to profit on dumps.

Normally, people do also find it depressing in the current market movement where cryptos are greatly down this time. However, I am still optimistic that this will be over soon and market will be active again where investors and traders will be back on the usual market movement. There will be time for everything and bearish market will be over soon. I believe that this is the best time in buying cryptos at a very low price this time and time will come people will be able to yield good profit return.

As per my experience its always a lose to sell when market price dumps ,the best thing to do when dumps occurs is to keep cool and wait ,cryptocurrency is like weather seasons ,it will always change, all I can do is keep gathering more coins and tokens till bull arrives

I agree with you mate, it is a big losses when we attached by the FUD scatttered along cryptocurrency and it take more harder for us to gain profits on it. So, it is better to hold it with a wide patience to gain profits that easily. And always believe for a bull market will appear ,just keep our positive determination.

Agree. This is an opportunity to buy lots of crypto on the market. Significant decline and increase did not occur for the first time. I consider this a big discount for buying crypto. Even though there is a possibility that prices continue to decline, remember the market will definitely increase.

I am the follower of Warren Buffett rules when it comes to the investing. Even though he has a different opinion about the crypto industry we cannot deny his authority when it comes to investment and trading strategies. He says that "Be fearful when others are greedy and be greedy when others are fearful". While applying it to the crypto, one can purchase in dips irrespective of the panic environment in the market and sell when everyone is restless for purchasing it.

The best possible thing when a dump occurs is buying, yes buying is the best way to take advantage of the big panic moments that occur, but for old bitcoin holders and have bought before a dump occurs, I'm sure they will think many times before buying. I was one of them, worried and afraid that the price would crash more so I would better just keep holding it and not risk taking it again because I was worried that a bad incident would happen again.

Your points are clear and they are valid trading strategies in a dumping market but that can only happen if you have more money you can afford to lose. That is called spare money which you can now put back into the market to trade the dumping market. But if you do not have the extra money to enter the market again then what do you do? Just hold your position and wait for a price reversal.

When it dumps badly, I will only be interested in market with high liquidity. Otherwise, is just another way to end up in  a more dip when there seems not to a strong support. Currently am just chatting with friends and reading funny crypto news across the globe. As I write, it seems the market may be heading North in the short term.
