I wouldn't count on seeing a reliable bounce back on BTC until China releases their token licensing system to the public, but that shouldn't be too far down the road. But yes before that happens and the price shoots straight back up, I would recommend buying as much as you can and stockpiling
In trading you have to make decisions, but before make decision ypu have to do some depp research to make good decision, one you have make decision you have to be patient if some thing go wrong or you get wrong entry when buy, just believe it will go up some day,

I seek this time to be the best for bitcoin investment as the price now is quite low. So it'll be better to get some cheap coin before the market recovers...
Bitcoin price is really down like waterfall now, and seems like its slowly recover now. I think its good time to buy bitcoin now, but we dont know what will happen in the future. Atleast you got some profit from it and just sell it, so you will not panic.
Now it's the good time to buy because the price has dropped and many are selling. To my opinion this will not last for long and bitcoin price will soon going to rise again so now you have the chance. But the best time for buying bitcoins was when the price was 200$-300$. I wish I bought it then.
Best time to buy BTC was some years ago, but now we can only wait till Bitcoin price will go up, because total BTC can be only 21 000 000, so price more or less will go up again. So if you want to invest in Bitcoins, then you can do that and sale them after let say one year.

When you buy bitcoin at todays rate then it is good since you decided to buy bitcoin without hesitation. Even if bitcoins value will fall down it will still go up and you will still earn profit. If you wait too much for a dip sometimes you will miss the opportunity since the price increase happens in a minute and it will never go back again.
