We will know soon enough if the price will go back to the 3k region for Bitcoin. I think it may retest 3k USD before the market goes bullish again, so I would hold off and see if the EMAS will go down below the 20 day mark and stay there for a while. That will indicate if we are going back to a full bearish trend back to TEST the 3k USD region before we go up. I will not buy at this point, will hold off to see if the bear trend will be confirmed then buy if it drops much lower.
I hope that bitcoin will be able to keep the 8k support and we will see good bounce from this support but market sentiment at the moment is not good and i have seen many analysts calling for 6k bottom from here but i hope 8k support will prove bottom here and the bull trend will continue.
Who knows where market goes because it is highly manipulated. People see bad news like Google has a quantum computer that destroys Bitcoin, Donald Trump disables Bitcoin and so on.

I think you are right. In my opinion, now you need to invest 60-70% in bitcoin, and 30-40% in altcoins. I think this is the most correct strategy now.
With the value of Bitcoin right now it's tempting to invest more on it instead of choosing Alts where there's no assurance that the market will rise, you can invest portions of your money though If you have some good knowledge with Alts that you think that have big potential to rise, there's options to risk your money if you are ready to move forward if ever you made mistakes. It's all about how you handle situations around. 
One thing is very sure. At least in the near future, no other cryptocurrency is going to replace Bitcoin. And despite the stagnant exchange rates, the user base has been growing at a brisk pace. More and more institutional investors are showing interest in Bitcoin. At some point of time in the future, all this will contribute to another major bull run, which can take BTC to a new ATH. And who knows? This might be the last chance to accrue some coins at sub-10,000 levels.
I agree for BNB. Backed by big exchange binance make bnb worth to buy, for sure binance won't let bnb keep down but for eth , i guess you need a better option than ETH for now. many potential ALT COIN except eth for sure. i will choose stellar (xlm) and XRP over ethereum for now.
Downtrend could be good opportunity to buy more reminded the price still low and if i want to buy back then obviously my first choice pick to bitcoin not altcoins and honestly in this downtrend i do not dare to buy more altcoins because altcoin price is more volatile than bitcoin and sometimes when bitcoin price rise up again it is not followed to altcoins price so after considering this factor then for time being my concern for bitcoin only
It is good idea to buy Binance Coin. But for me, investing in altcoins is not a wise idea at this point of time as altcoins have been continuously decreasing in price. The only way to get profit from cryptocurrency market is just invest in bitcoin. Bitcoin will never make you get in a loss. So my suggestion is to invest in bitcoin.
was it a good time to invest in these altcoins you are naming here when it went down 40% in January? was a good idea to invest when they went down another 50% in February? how about the 30% dump of next month and so on!
investment in altcoins only makes sense when they are starting to pump not when they are on the dumping mode. and right now they are on the dump and it will not end for at least another 6 months and probably until mid 2020.

yes another opportunity to buy btc at low price, even other alts are very cheap now, there good alts out there that could really grow in price when the market has recovered, we just have to look carefully for those little gems, people should not panic sell in this decrease price.
We don't have to expect more with the current market situation, its all about trying our luck again with this unpredictable market.
I won't suggest buying more but rather than to hold of what we have today, even if you have a lot of money cause the more it drives down the prices as people keep selling it at low. The market keeps twirling and anytime soon will soon to rise and fall.

I think investing in BTC is a good decision, but in this case I still have a lot of altcoin bags & I still hold it now. but I will follow the market trends if the worst possibilities of altcoin I have do not have a change in price, maybe I will sell or exchange it for a better one.

I agree with your thread title and thats what i'm doing now! diversified your investsment in the promising coins/tokens in the market capitalized the dipping of prices in most altcoins not just bitcoin. buy in the dip and sell at high. so far i already have gaining some bucks because the coins that i was bought yesterday are already soaring its price. just choose that promising alts not just bitcoin. I just do hold and buy again even the market drops but i study well where i do risk here in crypto like i base in their potentials then always really monitor the altcoins here because it so hard to pick where you invest in this not like bitcoin that trusted and popular that's why the price is so high compare to alts,Moreover i use btc,eth,xrp,bch,doge,dash,ltc for my investment here
This market cannot help you make a good profit this year because a lot of big fluctuations have happened and instead of believing in altcoins, you should choose a safer solution at this time. I personally recommend that you wait more because the market is unable to identify the current trend and you may face a lot of risks in investing. Actually now we do not know what to do in this market and I don't know whether to continue investing or not.
If any investment is considered to be great at the moment it should be BTC. As 2019 has shown, only BTC is able to react quickly and restore its price within several weeks. No altcoins has shown something familiar this year.

I definitely will if I have the funds I just bought in it's first dip three days ago and I encourage everyone who have not yet, opportunities like this, come and go, we never know what's going to happen tomorrow, the market is very volatile it could continue to drop or it will go up again, but the top coins in the market will always bounce back.

I will try to divided my amounts to invest in bitcoin and altcoin consider about the this time the altcoin is starting to increase again. It's not a good idea to buy binance coin and you must see the fundamental of binance IEO again. To buy ethereum is a good idea and what about put a little money on top 100 CMC?
I have bought a lot of CRPT and it rises 5x from my initial price.
Only invest if you have the money to, do not sell your coin to buy other coin unless you are going for bicoin, altcoins are in big bad shape and God knows when everything will change for altcoins, for short term profit stay with bitcoin and for long term stay with high well known altcoins
