I suppose that Safinus is one of the best projects right now. It is the project of the platform, where new entrants will be able join profitable cryptocurrency and ICO portfolios very easily. Moreover, there will be a lot of benefits for experienced investors as well.

would it not be smart to buy into a huge in the radar ICO, as we are hoping for a large gain after the coin is released onto the markets?
I know its hard to get into the ICO, but if it works the hyp increases profits?

SRCoin is definitely in my current radar. ICO ending at the end of March.

1. Project from an established company with great record. No need to worry about leadership/company failure
2. Realistic goal that can be achieved in a year or less. Might not be the next 100x but a very safe investment in this volatile market.
3. Demo platform releasing soon

If ICO is under radar and doesn't get much attention it may not be a good investment afterall. I personally don't consider ICOs with less than 10k telegram followers.

An ICO with lots of telegram followers doesn't mean anything. Nowadays, all project use airdrops to create hype and to get people to join the telegram.

Telegram followers numbers can be manipulated. Better to look at the fundamentals, like the team, the product use case and the tokenomics.

You're so right ...
It's a pity to see people invest on project only because the telegram got a lot of uninterested members.

EtherJack's ICO is clearly under the radar.

Gambling game is a big industry , etherjack added that on blockchain with a fully working game.
The rewards are awesome ( minor prizes/jackpot ) and even if you aren't a player but just an investor , you can freely store your tokens in vault and earn dividends.

The cap is 333 ETH to kickstart the game and the project collected 90 ETH until now.
The game is running via smart contracts and is completely fair and secured.

The idea about jackpot + the deflationary system when tokens are burn in bids is really attractive.
You can check out etherjack.io and their whitepaper for more informations.

I never heard or read about those ICO's you gave.

I'm looking for some not so popular ICOs with a great potential.
There are plenty of not so popular ICO's especially those that are not advertising and only depending on the widespread of news online.  I'll give you an idea about VLB, this is informative about them.

Myriads.io is one of the best under the radar ICO out there. The reason is this project is going to bring the blockchain and AI together to build decentralize artificial intelligence. Decentralized AI is simply the future. If you want to learn more about decentralized AI, check this out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ORIRJCPbmk
I also became interested in this project. I can not understand why such a low activity in the thread of the announcement. The project is very interesting and the preparation for ICO looks solid.

The best ICOs are Debitum and VALID right now.

I really like the concepts and teams behind those projects. The Ex CEO of Modum is also involved into VALID. Worth a look imho.

I have observed some ICO, and it takes so long time. I found some good ICO in my observation. One of them is dimension network it is an exchange site project but it is just like kucoin. It will give all its token holder shares. But unfortunately their softcap is 5000 eth but they only collect 1500 eth now. The sale only one week left. If they cannot reach the softcap then they will go to VC. But honestly, VC is not so good way, they are too greedy.

Try and check out our ICO it is the Daneel A.I. I admit that this is one of the most promising ICO now because it was the First A.I. created to help you daily investors in your cryptocurrency journey, especially those beginners who feel overwhelmed with all the information available. Check out our project and you'll surely love it. And it also partnership with the IBM and Amon to ensure that the A.I. is quality.

Here is our website: https://daneel.io/

I have already invested in this project. In true sense it is one of the under radar ICO that seems to have good prospects in future.

It's almost impossible to determine the best, but at leat one should try to identify a good pool of ICOs based on project, scope, potential, hype, team, differential factors, etc.

Best to cross-reference them on ICO review platforms such as:

1. Bitcoin Forum.

2. https://icotoinvest.com

3. https://cryptorated.com/ico-reviews

4. https://foundico.com

5. https://www.ccn.com/ico

6. https://icobench.com

7. https://foxico.io

8. https://icomarks.com

.. and so on...
