You can use Binance, Polinex and other exchanges. Do your research and see which is more effective for you as it would differ from country to country.

poloniex the best placed exchanger with low fee
fee withdraw and fee trading low fee

Yes agree and ploniex also same like bittrex has many options of altcoins.
Anyway why do you buy altcoin in coinbase and send it to bittrex. I think you have double fee.

Well, good question. There are many exchanges out there with good reputation like bittrex, bitfinex, binance. However, at the end of the day you still taking the risk to trade not only on above mentioned exchange, but trading on others as well, not to mention trading itself, or buying.

if you want to buy altcoins at low cost I suggest to monitor first in coinmarketcap, look for coins that you would like to buy after you've found the coin please compare the price in one market to the market search for the cheapest price after that buy the coin that market and if you want to make a profit from the coin please do arbitrage by check back coinmarketcap with the same coin name as you have managed to buy search where the market that put the price of the coin with the highest price and send the coin to the market and then in the market then you will receive profit from the difference of market price of one unit.

to make any currency on the exchange, you need to pay a commission.
you can run dollars there, there seems to be less commission, and many different altcoins can be bought for them

For that polenix and bitrex are best option, you need to bear the just a few cents in the earning you are or at the time you buying alone with the coin you are using. Other than exchange that coin for multiple coin and all you have to use the gas fee from the amount you have. If you have eth in your wallet, it takes the fees amount from that.
Many altcoins can be buy bought don't go with every coin according to the one day growth alone. Even bitcoin also falls from the past two days. Keep invest on the right coin that is the right way.

For exchanges, check out this quick article http://cryptotimes.org/cryptocurrency/comparison-fees-charged-different-exchanges-buy-cryptocurrency/ comparing fees. Some exchanges in this list also feature fee info https://www.finder.com/cryptocurrency/exchanges.

Go for big exchanges , they dont charge big on the transaction fees because they have huge volumes everyday . Try Poloniex , though its kinda hard atm to get account verified . But its definitely worth a try there for their fees are lower . Theres some other big exchanges our there Binance, Bittrex, Hitbtc , etc . But make sure you do your research , you dont wanna waste your time and money on critical mistakes you know .

There are a lot of exchanges: Binance, Bittrex, Poloniex. You can buy alts for real rate there.
But firstly you need to buy BTC (BTC is needed to buy most of altcoins). There is a lifehack, you can buy LTC/DOGE/DASH, send it to exchange, swap for BTC and then buy alts.
Profit is that you don't need to pay high BTC transaction fee.

Hi guys.
I am new to the cryptocurrency world.
I am trying find out best way to buy altcoins for low few.

The only method I know is buying Bitcoins at coinbase which takes a fee then transferring to bittrex for a fee to buy altcoins.

Is there any safe way to buy ripple etc with low fee.

Thanks

I advise you to look for legit exchange site since they can deliver good on your trades and don't trust those site who offers low fee's since they might gonna have some bad agenda for having that, so reach those top exchange and just ignore the fee and if you want to withdraw just make sure you withdraw all your wanted balance so that the fee's will not hurt you since its really huge as of the current price of bitcoins may vary.
I do agree with your opinion about using legit exchanges, only that Binance is the best crypto exchange out there at the moment, with the best services all through. They don't manipulate qoutes like poloniex and now bittrex used to do. With the rate it's advancing given 6 months it could match poloniex volume and it is the first successful decentralised exchange with a top notch platform. Cobinhood on the other hand is also a decentralised platform that currently makes its profits by underwriting other tokens is also very promising but it's something you have to DYOR about.

I know a trick or two. As I've been ur situation.
One is Binance: it has low transaction fee which will also be halved 50% if you hold there token. Poloniex withdrawal fee is 0.001btc, Binance's 0.0005btc. there many exciting tokens very responsive support.

The next is Cobinhood: a new exchange just launched yesterday. Offering Zero fee trading. But as a new exchange is still sorting out some bugs. But is d the one to look out for. Hope this helps.  if havnt already got account in Binance you could sign up here https://www.binance.com/?ref=11585857

I'm fully agree about Binance. It has the lowes withdrawal fees and it doesn't require an account verification to withdraw your funds. It's very convenient and anonymous.

You are already familiar with Bittrex? That's what I use and it's pretty much cool in terms of fees. You can also explore other major exchangers
