I have bittrex and binance account.  I used it to trade btc for altcoin, thus buy altcoin only.  I have a coinbase acct that needs to get reverified.  Im also an American as well.  Thus i know coinbase and gemini are 2 sites where you could sell btc for real cash and get bank transfer to your american bank account.  At the moment, i still haven't reverified my coinbase account.  Gemini i cannot use b/c they require me to use an sms us number for verification and im outside the us at the moment.  So i dont really have a way to sell btc for cash into my us bank account such as bank of america or wells fargo.

If i wanted to sell btc for usd or fiat if i dont have a verified account at coinbase or bitstamp... is the best way to make sure i sell btc at the price i want to sell is basically sell it for usdt at bittrex or binance?  Then once im reverified on coinbase or could use gemini, then i basically sell the usdt for btc at bittrex or binance and then immediately send the btc to coinbase or gemini and then i get a usd balance there... and then transfer that to my american bank account?

Does anyone know what are my other options because im not in the US at the moment?  Someone mentioned you could use bitstamp and they do wire transfers around the world.  Has anyone here used bitstamp and done a wire transfer from bitstamp to their american bank account and how was it?  Were fees a lot or not much?  Someone said this was one way to do it.  The other thing is does anyone know if i could use the bitpay debit card outside the us and withdraw usd from atm that way?  If so, i might consider getting a bitpay card whenever im in the us etc.

So Americans, what are the best options to sell btc for cash to your bank?  Is it basically coinbase or gemini?  Back then i used circle once for tiny amount and it was great but they no longer operate for that anymore.  If they did, i would use circle instead.

Any other exchanges where you could sell btc for real money for americans with american bank account?
