Hey buddy,

I drink myself a cola lot and those products what contains sugar+ taurine + vitamins + protein.
Amfetamine is too fast, and cause mental issues I don't recommend anyone (no sleep 48 hours, only amfetamine, balanced food, coffee/energy drink)

Running rigis/rig farm is passive work, you can leave example it remote controlled plug, you see what is happening on your home!
Small/Middle size/Big scale bitcoin hashing on my mind. Nice to hash bitcoins example food money on summer barbeque (fridge), beer and booze.

Having an energy that is big and high depends on what type of person you are. If you are an introvert, surely your energy is too low. If you are an extrovert, surely your energy would be high. That is the thing I observed on people. Even though they are taking medicines to have energy and multivitamins but they are introvert, no energy was shown lol.

Hey guys,
What is your secret for being an energetic person?

I have 8 hours of sleep, I can drink coffee, I can exercise and at 3pm - 6pm I nearly always feel low on energy.
I always think about top industry CEOs, chairmen, etc. how do they keep the pace?
I am still young but I don't have energy. I can't stay asleep after 1am

Do you guys have secrets that you can share with me?

Must mention: I tried to change my diet. I stopped eating carbs except for Sunday when I can eat whatever I want. For the first three weeks I used to get up very earlier and be full of energy but, now I'm back to normal. Now I eat just twice a day (breakfast + a meal at 4pm therefore I don't have lunch or dinner). Could that be the reason I am out of energy?
Don't skip breakfast.......

To live full of energy, not only the diet and rest patterns that we must improve. But, we also must continue to have positive thoughts, maybe you are lacking in energy because you are filled with negative thoughts.
Positive thoughts will definitely help you to live a better life with an increased energy but that's not enough. I think everything combined together (rest, diet, exercise and positive thinking) will help everyone have a high energy everyday and live a better life.

Upon waking up, you should learn how to prioritised things so that you will know how to spend your energy. I will admit that sometimes I always wanted to sleep because of my condition, (I'm a diabetic) and when I took my meds or sometimes a insulin shot, I feel drowsy that I need to take a nap.

However, I try to fight it out and thinking about the things I needed to accomplished in a day so that helps me. But I took some nap time if really needed, however, I improved a lot and terms of productivity so everyone should try it.

It is not only about what you eat, it can also be because of the time of your meals.

How does eating time can affect him?

The timing of your meals could also influence how well you rest at night. It’s best to avoid eating heavy meals at night. This is because your digestive system are very active in the first hours after your meal. It can make you need to go the comfort room more. Scheduled meals, plus healthy diet, I bet you will have the energy you need in the morning after a nice and uninterrupted sleep.
Once, I got home late because I went to casino and I ate so many junk food that time so I was still awake that day until 5 am so it made me groggy throughout the day. Good thing now that I only do online gambling, and scheduled my sleep in the right time.

You are lack of self confidence mate, the way you tells us about yourself it seems that your personality is weaker than some other, maybe what you need is personal development to feel being energetic because its not just our physical whos making us have energy but also our mental and spiritual

How much wrong I saw in my opinion. It is important not only how much you sleep, namely when you go to bed. I can sleep for 7 hours and this is enough for me, because I go to bed early. Carbohydrates are also needed by the body. The diet should not be very hard
