You can find new crypto coins in some popular ICO listing sites and ICO review sites. I usually follow icodrops website for getting news for new ICOs. icotracker.net and ICObench are also good sites for find new ICOs. I use crypto related telegram groups also to get new ICOs.
Well, everyone here has its own experience or been idolizing them on bounty manager who manage successfully in there respective project. By them you can follow there telegram bounty group so that it can easily joined in there bounty campaign when you need it to participate without any hassle free searching on altcoin bounties on there new bounty campaign project.
I always find crypto through looking for this forum, few sites and talking with other members of the cryptocurrency market or even with experts.

Telegram Groups are awesome but at the same time you should check where are you joining because of there are not very secure or safe sources are there are fake news there too.
Then I check whats trending here in bitcointalk as there are many hot topic which I learn a lot but at the same time I'm engaged with them so I learn more and more
Also by checking the top bounties you can see which ICOs have the potential to grow faster etc.
I think following this gathering is sufficient since it's the main asset where ventures makers distribute their thoughts and ANNs. I discovered one for myself and am anxious to realize what the venture will look like later on

It's really tough to find promising new projects which will really develop, bring changes for better in our world and bring bit profits to investors as well. The most important is to analyze the information about the project, team, their goals and it's really good when there is already a product with good results or loyal customers.
My way of finding new currency by monitoring the state of the crypto currency market and reading the special news about crypto currency. I think that's the usual way to do it. By getting information from the two sources alone then I am sure that we can understand the crypto currency especially the new crypto currency with more depth. The key to finding a new crypto currency is to be patient so that we do not get caught up in getting information about the new crypto currency. Besides that, we can match the crypto currency that we find with the ICO that provides the crypto currency so we are absolutely sure if we find a valuable crypto currency.
There are lot of ways to follow there are sites that gives you information on good project like coin telegraph and some others one and also this forum is very important. Ever since I started using Bitcointalk my knowledge about crypto has increased

When you're trying to find find new cryptos, in most cases you can only find some scam cryptos, not because I don't believe in new cryptos, but because the recent new cryptos is really disappointing, they are very short-lived, almost just the fate of the end of listing.
I don't think you should rely merely on twitter suggestions. I can't assure you that they will be "new" coins but if you want to find good coins, one of the indicators is github statistics. There are several websites that you can get info about them
For ICO, I basically check the message flow, and thencece, judging them based on my websites, technical documentation, dev. Team, and so on.

I like to look for crypto on well-known famous informational portals like Business Insider for example. And also I am very interested in crypto products which are created by some world-known companies like Facebook for example. 
For me the best way that you can do to find new cryptos is make your own research regarding this and also to help you to gain that the information that you needed and make sure, it is reliable.
