Totally makes sense, all the replies here are valid.

Yeah its difficult to find a dev to help create this sort of thing that you can trust at the start.

Backdoors and multiple ways to hack the funds will play a massive risk when starting up one.

After making this post, been searching all around elsewhere and spoke to other online casino operators making around 300-400k a month (considered small i guess) in small communities and got great insight.

Spoke to  one recently and they didnt mind investing to help sponsor the license and games if possible. Hopefully will see this come to life.
Starting a crypto casino indeed requires careful planning and a solid budget and getting a gaming license is crucial, and the cost can be significant when it comes to compliance. Factor this into your initial investment plan.

I hope you'll prioritize top-notch security to safeguard your customers' funds.

So I am wondering if anyone here knows a place where we could whip up a simple MVP crypto casino to be done at a cost effective price, or even partner with an existing one to bring it to market.
Starting a business any business can be challenging. I know you have already been in the business but want to transition to the online space. It comes with its own unique challenges as well. You don't just have to talk to anyone but the right person. Although, I do not know so much about starting an online casino and how to respond to your last statement, I have just the right person in mind who you can reach out to and have all of your questions answered. That person is SirJohnVonSlotty. He operates an online casino. You can refer to this thread which is an evidence of him being the right person that you can ask anything about the online casino business.

Metawin.com - Truly the best casino ever
Hey guys, I decided to post here as I could not find some recommendation on how to start a crypto casino. Hopefully you guys can provide me some insight into this.

We have experience in the gambling industries however it is mostly all physical shops. Marketing and gathering customers are not an issue to us as we are looking to venture in creating a crypto casino. However we are trying to find the most cost effective approach into doing this.

I know that they are plenty of competitors out there and marketing along with advertisement costs can be costly. But we are confident that we are able to market it to our existing customer base.

I have done some research on WhiteLabel casinos and Turnkey ones, but I do not know who are the best to work with as I have seen some bad reviews on some of the providers.

Furthermore, consulting with a dev team, they charge hella a lot for it to be developed and said 1 game takes around 400 hours to be developed (which i know that is not true, as they charge by the hour)

So I am wondering if anyone here knows a place where we could whip up a simple MVP crypto casino to be done at a cost effective price, or even partner with an existing one to bring it to market.
They charge hella a lot for it because it's very hard to create a casino game. It requires years of knowledge of different fields, including graphics design, UI/UX design, programming, development, testing and etc... It's a very hard job if you want a high quality product.
For a cheap alternative, you can contact casino b2b suppliers. For example, there is a well trusted company Spribe that offers famous and high quality games, that are tested by many major casinos globally. This is the link of spribe - https://spribe.co/welcome  Spribe offers many games like dice, plinko, crash, poker, slots, skill games and etc...
There is a company Hu88 that also offers 12,000+ games for casinos. They provide sportsbet.io, livecasino.io and bitcasino.io   This is their website - https://hub88.tech/
You can check moon.io for design, also check tradeart.io

Let me know what you think about them.

Since you are already in the gambling industry, why don't you use your network to find developers who want to work with you? I don't have any knowledge in crypto casino development, but as far as I know developing a crypto casino is not as difficult as you imagine. All you need is to find a consultant who can direct you and a programmer who understands crypto, blockchain and casino games. It shouldn't be difficult for you to find such people, or you can hire a headhunter to help you.

It's not that difficult but you need to have a huge budget for that so you can hire expert developers when it comes to programming and developing some website updates and the amount needed for that is no joke, it should be huge because the paying salary for the people you need to hire is indemand and we live in a digital world wherein IT developers are the top highest paying rate in the world

Well starting a crypto casino sounds cool and tapping into your existing customer base is a smart move. I get the concern about costs and important to pick providers with good reviews to avoid hassles. For development, explore partnerships with existing platforms or find a dev team that won't break the bank like get multiple quotes to be sure. Testing the waters with a simple MVP before diving in makes sense and its great to have this forum. Finding that sweet spot between keeping costs down and delivering quality will be the game-changer in the competitive crypto casino scene right

          -   In setting up a crypto casino in this field, you must have a plan and market research, which is also, of course, important. You should also know your business plan, and of course you should also know the regulatory requirements so that the government can't pry into it.

Then the technical infrastructure; you should also know that; you can't know anything about that. This is where the casino platform providers come in, as well as your gateway payments in cryptocurrency. You know what that means.

That question is going to difficult to exactly pinpoint the right answer because how you will operate is going to be varying per country, some countries have a relaxed gambling laws in place and other countries have a really strict if not iron grasp gambling laws. But if you want to start now, I think that it's a good idea for you to have enough funds to make it real, there's also the manpower and depending on where you're going to do your business, you're going to spend a lot of money for labor but if I'm being frank, you're better off building your own online casino because you just need really good programmers to make your casino operational unlike with a physical that needs manual labor, real estate, building permits and many other bureaucratic things, online casinos are much easier to make, that's why we've got a lot of them all over the Internet.

Now that you've got your casino, it's time for your advertisements and branding, you're going to need to be able to find the right name for your casino, it should be a combination of unforgettable and attractive, when it comes to advertisements, just do a promotion for your first 100 customers, free rolls for new accounts, bonus spins and many other stuff, casinos don't really operate in TV advertising so don't do that, bombard the Internet with your ads by paying top dollar to show it everywhere, pay Google ads to put you in the first place of the search results, do some SEOs.

Perhaps, you can take a look on (casino) promotion and marketing.

Mostly right now, they are doing (sponsor) streaming especially on (Kicks). Since most of (Kicks) player are getting advertiser with Stake, basically you can gain more people based on the right topic you are advertiser (targeting user gambler).

Feel free to test, by sponsor some people spending a few grand on people who have a good number and then counted the data. It's wort or not.

You need real life experience for yourself.

You need advisors that have past experience with casinos too.

You will also need to hire professionals that will keep the platform safe from any threat.

And also a lot of money, which makes me believe that partnering up with some other people is the best thing to do here.

It's not easy to run a casino unless you don't have a plan to become a successful one, it's easier to run a scam casino though but not a legit one, you need to be registered by the law and the biggest challenge begins after the casino is up and running, how to divert lots of attention to the platform is going to be very challenging.

If truly you have past experience about casinos then it should not be too hard to find the right people and create a team, you should know who to call and form a team up, get a fixed date for online meeting and start building, it's going to cost lot of money, just know that.

Other than the games themselves, which can be supplied by a third party, everything else must be done in-house, otherwise you are taking the risk the developers of your website could set a backdoor which they can later exploit to steal from you and your customers.

But as you may guess that will not be cheap, since we are not talking about a random project here, you are trying to create a casino which could manage important sums of money, and whenever that is the case hackers will come your way, so you cannot take the cheapest option available and instead you must grab the best one, even if it is the most expensive.

I can't answer as far as how to start a casino. I will say, whatever you do make sure the dev you hire is trustworthy. If you are looking to purchase an existing platform or partner, I would make a thread in the gambling section and see what offers come your way. Negotiate a price and terms and go from there.

If you make it to a point where you are going to market your product, feel free to take a look at my managers thread and I can help with some marketing here on the forum. I can also be contacted on telegram @yahoo62278

Good luck with the search and hope to hear from you.

Top-tier crypto casino and sportsbook
So I am wondering if anyone here knows a place where we could whip up a simple MVP crypto casino to be done at a cost effective price,
When you want to venture into a business like establishing a crypto casino, we have to know that it will require a lot of money and that has to be something that you are prepared for. Some casinos trapped their customers because of their very beautiful user interface and well structured platform that they must have spent a lot of money to achieve because of the use of the best developers, if you intend to create a casino that can contend or compete with these casinos already, you have to know that there has to be willingness to spend money.

You might not get the information you want since it need professional brains to make things work out for you but somehow maybe you can get a hint from suggestion of people.

Maybe at least try to check this https://www.softswiss.com/knowledge-base/how-to-start-a-crypto-casino/ and if you are still not satisfied with information you read since usually those person which actively posting here are gambler and not a casino operator so maybe try to find those professional and hire then seek help to create your own crypto casino. If you have money to pay professional to work with you for sure this plan crypto casino will happen.

Consulting professionals for advice will be the best option for new casinos. This is because they have the right technical skills and experience that can be beneficial to your casino setup. They might be very expensive but I also think that you could also find cheaper consultants that you can afford. It is good that you are taking your time in researching because the internet will help you get more information. I also assume that some of the campaign managers might be highly experienced in starting and running a successful casino. You could reach out to them for more technical support.

Starting a casino either as offline or online platform isn't just like opening a shop, it comes at certain cost if I am not wrong I came across a thread which posted breakdown of investment and running cost of a casino which easily exceeds over a million dollar just for the license, security related job salary, games even if you outsourced other things for cost effective price.
