I can tell you what happened to me once a few years ago. I talked to a friend about Bitcoin, he is engineer so I thought it was the kind of person that would understand what I was talking about, and may have interest. I told him that I had invested a little money and that I was optimistic about the technology and the price. He looked at me as I was idiot, and a few months after, when I told him that the price went up dramatically, he said in very low voice, for him, and with face of anger, something like "this son of a bitch may be right after all". I asked "what?" and he answered "nothing".
That said, be very careful who you talk to about Bitcoin and blockchain, as it may not worth the effort.
Apart from that, another good way to introduce Bitcoin and blockchain to people is sending a few sats to someone's wallet. After all, everybody has a smartphone nowadays, and installing a wallet is something anyone can do. If they have the "skin in the game", even if it is very little money, they may feel more interested.
Smiles, this could be a sign of motivator to them.
