You can tip them via their Twitter account with ArtByte: http://tips.artbyte.me/
Very fast transactions.

LiteBit.eu https://www.litebit.eu/nl/kopen/artbyte
Nova Exchange: https://novaexchange.com/market/BTC_ABY/

This is the closest thing to what I was wishing for. Looks fast and works with twitter handle. Will try this out. Although they seem to be "artists" focused, i think it will work the same for any kind of tips.

If I want to tip somebody for their help anywhere on internet and if that person is also into crypto stuff, what would be the best way to just tip a few bucks to him?

I know the obvious answer is to send some BTC, but looking at the price right now, I may need to send few hundred 'satoshi' and not full coins. And considering the high fees and transaction times right now with BTC, I am hopeful that there must be some better way/currency to do that.

Are there any existing tip bots? If yes, then which are the most popular ones and which currencies do they support?
I doubt that your reciever have a wallet for that certain coin which you prefer to send him a tip for lower fee. The easiest and better still through btc. In terms of fee, there are some btc wallet that allows you to transfer btc without fee but they have now a minmum quanity of btc per transaction unlike before that you can send it for free reagrdless of what amoount of btc you want to send.

I use DOGE for all my transactions, because the transaction is fast and the fee is super cheap, and today everyone has a DOGE address

I myself don't have DOGE   Tongue

Since that person is actually into crypto stuff and you want low fees, then try altcoins like DOGE or REDD. Their fees are extremely low.

Actually dogecoin is omre common if we talk about tipping (low price+ low fees + fun Cheesy )

DOGE is probably best, but as I said in one of my posts above, I was looking for something that gives freedom to sender & receiver on the currency they want to use. The exchange happens on-the-fly (like shapeshift.io)

I don't think something like that exists.

If that site is legit that's really great. I wasn't aware of its existence and now the more I look at the site the more I think they are definitely not a scam. 44,000 followers on FB means something.

But why can't you use this site for implementation of your idea? Do you think the fee they charge is too high? For example to exchange ETH for BTC you have to pay a "Miner Fee" which is 0.003 BTC.

The site is definitely legit. To build a tip service on top of it will take some software development knowledge and I'm not a developer myself. I just want to use such service if it's available. But looks like there's nothing out there.

This might be a good opportunity for someone to create such a service if they see some value in it.

Yes, I also think they are legit and if you think it's a good site to use for your idea you can hire a developer.

But what do you think about that "Miner Fee", 0.003 BTC, they charge for exchanging ETH for BTC? Isn't it too big? The optimal fee for a fast transaction of the median size of 226 bytes is 88,140 satoshis according to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/. Don't you think 300k sats is a lot?

Dogecoin is pretty cheap to send to another person if you want to have a low transaction fee while sending it. The price of Doge is not that expensive on each Bitcoin exchange so you won’t lose that much money when sending it to another exchange if you wanted to some arbitrage trading as well.

Just to make it more clear, I'm not talking about a "one time" event. I am talking about a scenario where anyone can send a tip to someone else to appreciate their help or kind gesture, every now and then. Probably 2-3 times a day. Maybe small amounts like 1-2 USD. It's literally like giving a tip to someone to appreciate their service in day-to-day like (mostly on internet), but in crypto - not in fiat.

Nice idea to make a site that's do a AI tip/ escrow website but i think it's not profitable when it only have bitcoin so its owner must be also a cryptocurrency user so that he/she know about what altcoins is and it will be good project for bitcoin future.

My answer:
To tip use dogecoin because it is the secondary high value coin that can use almost like bitcoin Cheesy
