If we're looking at it for the time it came out, then Windows 7. Similar to Windows Vista, except that 64 Bit drivers were more common and mature.

Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit) is rather solid, but I am no longer a Windows user : )
number 1 for me is window 7 den 2nd is window 10.
Windows 7 x64 was the last one build upon Windows Server edition x64, thous being pretty stable and dependable. All after that are crap. Whenver I buy a laptop or build a PC I always revert back to Win 7.
Ten is the best. It has nice design and and all modern functions.

windows 7 is the best choice for new user PC
i think windows 10 is the best windows OS, it has so many changes that makes my works so convinient and easy to access.
I don't know why windows 8 is so low but I really liked it.
XP is good and it is the best OS for me....
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, with no doubts.
Windows 98 for sure. It used to work fine and had very little system requirements. The new ones are not much better (some of them even worst) and use a lot of resources.
I'm very unhappy with windows 10, but it's difficult to come back.
windows 10 is best and did everything I needed it to do.

I can't believe I'm the first one to vote for Windows 8. A lot of people hate it, but I think it's irrational.
Always new version is best Windows OS that means Windows 10. But if you use old computers Windows 7 is best for you
