So did you do some sort of dealing with the casino that you will come up with the user's issue and problem and the gambling site will respond to you? If you are a middle man between the gambling casino and the player, then there must be some dealing with the casino.

And more importantly, will you provide this service free of cost or will charge some payment in return for this service?

As previously said, this is completely FREE and we have no "deal" with the casino brands. Besides the normal affiliation cut, we are not getting paid extra.
And yes, we as a middleman bring the users problem once again to the casino and if this will still result without any solution, we assist the player in further steps.
Well, honestly, I can't deny that this sounds too good to be true, what seems to me to trust is that it is free, there is no payment required, so if it is to help, what benefits do you have as a company? How can they get all that help they say so much? For example, in a supposed casino that comes out with a scam, how could you help there? Are they able to recover money from a scammer? Or do they have help from a government entity that has a lot of power? I am not saying that they are from the SEC, but when reading what they offer and everything they can defend, they obviously have or offer that they have the power to change everything.

In the event of a problem with a casino on our list, we will help the player and suggest the best steps to take if no agreement can be found.

I wonder that there are many things that I have seen where it is difficult to leave or decide to defend someone, I think that a person or an organization that is dedicated to it is because they have to have knowledge about laws and what they can do in case a person is scammed, I have even seen cases where they take this to court of justice, it is something quite far that some go because of the anger it gives them, then if what they offer is good, and I think it is very necessary in this field of games.

The risk will be is that they will ask for our personal details and maybe once they recovered the money, they will get a cut without us knowing it. Of course this are just my example and this site might still be trustworthy, especially if they can provide past cases that they already solved as you suggested there but I doubt they have it since this site was still new and maybe a few gamblers are convinced to check them out so far but I like their features to be honest. Other affiliate sites can only give you one type of bonus and that's it but this site can offer more than that.

with problems, we always suggest you to contact the casino support (if not done already). It would be unnecessary if we reach out before you did and way faster with easy problems.
We won't ask for any non-relevant information about you, nor do we take a cut without you knowing.
Let's say you have a dispute worth $100, and you end up getting the $100 with our help. How can we take a cut without you noticing? We don't charge anything for this service.

There are many casinos here in the forum and you have missed a lot of them.

AFAIK, I understand that this website isn't all about that help that someone has to face and they're there to help. But it's all about referral links and affiliate marketing. CMIIW.

I tried to understand briefly based on what I heard from several conversations that have passed. Here you act as the party that will help registered casino users if they get complaints, etc. (provided they are part of the people who use your referral link). Of course, as a second party trying to mediate and provide alternative avenues for trouble in the casino, there are so many risks. For one thing, what if the problem turns out to be much easier to contact support directly than using your service? because here you are only responsible for users who join your affiliate. Interestingly, is there any evidence that you work very professional when it comes to user-facing issues? at least some evidence is effective when you forget it. And give a comparison between using your side and using live support to the casino.

Thats true. They are promoting sites as best on different criteria but it would be best to disclose how they come up with that list and if it is based on their own experience as a gambler. I saw only few of popular casinos.

I am not at all convinced with the way they have put up information. There is not much information about it and it does not feel like a casino is being promoted here (!)
This one just looks like normal post on the forum. If you guys really want to make the difference then you gonna need more than just presentation but good communication and active community.
