Hi,

We are a FIAT casino that has added an option to place wagers and to deposit using crypto. We are not a BTC gambling site per se with random games from github that are "provably fair".

Similarly to a building we have our gaming portfolio, which consists of world-leading game studios worth billions and quoted on various stock exchanges around the globe. Companies like these can't offer their services to "scam sites". And a license and payment providers, to name a few stakeholders.

Furthermore, we don't offer "our games" we have games from proven game studios (as mentioned above a few times) that go through immense certification and validation of their game engines.

If you want to act like a FIAT casino then dont come into crypto market expecting a warm welcome.

We hate fiat uses here, there is a reason why we use cryptos.

Didn't you see the hint in BitcoinTalk forum name ? Wink

We absolutely love crypto, crypto adopters and users, therefore the addition to cryptocurrencies to our payment methods and currency support.
The management board of the casino has been an early adopter of crypto, however, due to various limitations, we have not been able to fully implement the crypto-support at the casino itself.

We just want to provide a safe and fun environment for crypto enthusiasts to play at. That is it  Smiley

you know that since your casino operates and is bound by license rules and regulations
your words about no KYC for crypto users are just words
meanwhile your TOS states unequivocally that users will be required to send their documents and undergo KYC procedures
there is not a single line about crypto users being excluded from it , or even a section about cryptocurrencies at all
so I can safely assume that all the cryptousers will be subject to TOS rules i.e. KYC
please, prove me wrong and put the no KYC policy for crypto deposits into your TOS

Fortunately, this does not apply to Crypto. Furthermore, a short registration asking to fill out only the e-mail and the currency is underway, therefore Crypto users will indeed be able to enjoy full anonymity.
Mobile number ? Really ? You think people are willing to give you their mobile numbers in order to register on a casino website ? I didn't go past registering page to begin with let alone gambling here just because of that. Maybe people are capable of giving fake mobile numbers or maybe its important and you send some sort of code for it but in the end I will not give you even a fake mobile phone number.
Why would you think that when gambling online is illegal in many many countries that those people are willing to give their personal mobile phone numbers to a gambling website to make their names show up on all kinds of wrong places ? You can do many great things like you listed here but no matter how amazing or horrible this website is in the end as long as it requires my mobile phone number I will not play there even if it gave me 1 bitcoin for free to test it.
Hi,
Bet it All Casino comes from the FIAT world of gambling, the "classic" world.
Let me explain to you as to why we use mobile phone verification:
1. In the "classic" online casino world, bonus abuse and fraud is a very common practice. Edge seeking people buy identities or use identities of other people to repeatedly use welcome offers of online casinos since they are profitable if a certain high variance strategy is used. The mobile verification makes this process a lot harder.
2. Mobile verification gives the user and the platform a great way to communicate with each other and an extra layer of security in the case of lost password, e-mail etc.
3. This is a must requirement under MGA license since we have applied, we have to comply.
Just to illustrate the picture.
as you stated "Crypto users will indeed be able to enjoy full anonymity". why require Mobile verification on sign up ? next will the site ask for users selfie or document when they make withdrawal "cypto" . i had few bad experiences when signing up some online casino , beginning they'll tell you for "crypto" fast deposit/withdrawal no verification needed . in the end after i put some small deposit to try and won some to withdraw all the "blah blah thing start to happen" (need verification proof) , no choice but to play till my balance to 0 and never visit those site again .

To continue, let me bring up an analogy.
You enter a casino in Vegas you know nothing about and start demanding the floor-men to tell you who are the owners/shareholders of this casino, otherwise, it is fraud and you will not play in it. They will be happy to tell you who the CEO is, which in our case is publicly available information.

Very wrong analogy because the Vegas casino has a building, can't be copied or faked.

BTC gambling site is, by default, a scam project.

You start on the wrong foot, we will always assume you're a scammer unless you prove the contrary. That's the difference with a fiat casino with real estate when you assume it's legit because otherwise it couldn't have opened a business in the city or at least has too much to lose (the buildings) to scam people.

It's good that Bet it all is answering some questions. You said we didn't give you a warm welcome - well, this community just has been through too many scamming projects not to be tough. When anything looks suspicious, we can't keep quiet about it. Answering is the first good sign, because many new casinos just ignore or delete the messages they don't like, which results in the end of their career on this forum, basically.
You told us about your casino's registration, license and KYC information, which is great. Could you please be more specific about 20 years of experience, though? Many people brought that up, and if you avoid answering, people will believe that you are lying about it. Maybe there are some people we could google or something like that. It could be helpful.

Hi,

Dear members, the casino offers a great service to its players and will continue to do so. Who are the owners and/or shareholders is secondary and non-important.

Bet it All is an online casino licensed by the government of Curacao and passed numerous audits & verifications by gaming providers, payment methods, passed community approvals and the test of time with positive reviews all around the web. There is nothing more to add here.

Can we have more information about your company? I can't find anything on your website.

Hi,

Could you define which information are you seeking?

The company info is clearly stated on the website(s).
I didn't see any information on your website as well, it also states:

"BetitAll.com is operated by former professional poker players and entrepreneurs with more than 20 years experiance in poker and gambling industries".

And I think you need to correct the spelling of "experience" as well. Just minor though. However, I'm just disappointed with the whole KYC process, but that's me. Best of luck though.

Stay away if they ask for KYC, you never know who are behind it. That's the safest you can do for yourself so resist from such site besides look below. Its listed as scam.

Unfortunately you are on the Curacao licensing scam casinos list!

Its in the list. I'm afraid our request to know who we are talking to is going to be denied. I'd still be interested to know  who you are and what made your company or what did your company do that they were listed. Good thing that curacao list is updated.

so much for cryptocurrency "anonymous" betting

When i do read up about KYC then its already a turn-off.  KYC for users protection? I dont know if they would able to compete on current top leaderboards when it comes to casino rankings.
It shouldnt really be strict on the first place.

Hi,

Please read the answer above where I've addressed the KYC issue. It is applicable for FIAT players when they reach a certain deposit/withdrawal treshold.

We're running KYC checks not because it is our sincere will to do so, it is a standard license requirement and a standard requirement regarding AML, for example. Since we're a licensed casino that has to comply with the license rules and the rules set out by game providers and payment providers that all too are licensed, monitored and otherwise supervised by their respective regulatory bodies.

Unfortunately you are on the Curacao licensing scam casinos list!

Hi,

First of all, we're a turnkey casino with our own license, therefore, all game providers and payment solutions have direct contracts with us, meaning they only operate with licensed casinos and we're going to be held accountable if anything happens (instead of being a white-label like SoftSwiss casinos (direx n.v.)).

17 game suppliers and 10+ payment methods surely could not operate with an invalid license holder, could they?

Furthermore, the list names a few very reputable casinos like guts.com, instacasino.com who hold an MGA license too, to name a few, therefore the claims are totally void.
To finish, there is no evidence from the Curacao government except "he said, she said" type of claims.

It is outrageous how much self-claimed industry experts have been popping up lately throwing very serious claims left and right about the legitimacy of certain casinos.

How do you hedge yourself against crypto price volatility if you allow crypto deposits to be converted to fiat currency?

For some reference, a lot of gambling operations have been burned by this in the past few months.

Hi,

We used to have Cubits as our BTC payment processor however, we've introduced PayCryptos - a solution developed by our platform providers. Basically, it uses a similar mechanism, sells the cryptocurrency at a spot rate in an exchange, therefore we don't have an active position in crypto nor we're exposed to the rate fluctuations.

1. You can play natively in crypto by choosing mbtc, ltc and/or eth as the account currency and enjoy games with it.
2. You can play in FIAT and deposit by using crypto as the payment method, btc/ltc/eth.

Hope this helps.

never heard about this casino before
love their KYC policy:

 2. I received a document request. Why?

Here at Bet it All we take customer security very seriously. To ensure safety daily security checks are performed. One of these procedures is requesting documents from customers to verify their accounts. This might happen after a deposit, before a withdrawal or in any other period of time after registration.

Hi,

This is a standard point in T&C regarding KYC that can be enforced or when must be enforced due to the license requirements. The license requires to perform a KYC check after €1,000 in deposits or €1,500 in withdrawals are being made (and/or any other currency equivalents).

Fortunately, this does not apply to Crypto. Furthermore, a short registration asking to fill out only the e-mail and the currency is underway, therefore Crypto users will indeed be able to enjoy full anonymity.

BetitAll.com is operated by former land-based casino owners with more than 20 years experience in the poker and gambling industries. Our mission is to meet the needs of an ever-growing circle of customers who are always on the lookout for new ways to enhance their gambling experiences. The skills and experiences that the company’s founders bring with them are crucial in delivering what we have to offer exceptional quality, efficiency, and speed.

Cool cool cool...

I guess you wouldn't have any trouble going fully public on who you are, where is your company based and so on then?
I mean if you're in the business since 1999 (20 years of experience) you sure don't want people to believe you could be an asshole trying to scam them right? Best would be to fully disclosed personnal informations and your previous experiences so we know you're not just lying Smiley

Hi m0gliE,

The managing director and head of affiliates are outed on GPWA.org, a site that accredits the casino and their affiliate program by running T&C audits, management checks and so on.
Unfortunately, no details about anyone else involved cannot be given.
The way iGaming works is that players, affiliates and others are free to rate, complain and otherwise leave feedback about a certain casino and all of this information is freely available on the web, therefore the "market fixes itself" and if our claimed information is false, then the market will adjust to it and make amendmends.

Furthermore, the board consists of established land-based casino owners that, as mentioned before, have been in the business more than 20 years in various CIS countries and people with poker, casino affiliation, and other business backgrounds. The team has very diverse experience in literally any aspect of the casino business.

Is there anything else I may address?  Smiley

Stay away if they ask for KYC, you never know who are behind it.

Yeah and if they ask for KYC what's the point of using crypto?

I mean there are thousands of legit casinos using fiat where you have 0 chance of getting scammed because otherwise they would be brought to court. Why going with the sgady brother if ha asks the same thing than the fiat casinos?
