As already explained by @arallmuus, the nature of heads-up will only allow two players per table (by definition). I guess, you are talking about 6/8/9 max table tournaments. Believe me, it will not be the only one. I am thinking of a Bounty Hunter 8max table tournament already .

But yes good question whether Pokernow has the feature. Probably not I would assume. Sorting it out with an excel sheet would be insane!
I have quickly checked and while they do have some features, knockout is not part of them. Hm, that's kinda bad.
I am not aware of another quick solution unless we go to another provider, but I have tried that once and they need so much time until it is set up and all with the asked for specifications.
