Experience has shown that over 99% of the players and bettors do not care to drive cars without insurance!

Why?

It meanwhile came to my attention that many players like to play at publicly proven scams and have no interest to play with consumer protection service inclusive to enforce money owed. The only thing I did not understand so far is why they afterwards complain in the forums that they were scammed?

What is the legitimacy of this product you're offering?
The civil and criminal laws of countries make it legitimate to enforce claims through legal action like court or police.

How in the world do you think you'll enforce it?
Start court cases that can lead to an enforceable court judge. File criminal complaints at the police.

Why would a casino ever agree to take this contract and what is your fees.
Agree to what contract? Game Protect simply register as an affiliate.

If you register your gambling accounts with any Qualify free casino, consumer protection service is cost free inclusive.

Even if you do know law I find it difficult that you can get any settlement, but out of curiosity how many people have signed up, how many have actually got any refunds and can they testify here?
Why is it difficult to demand the enforcement of publicly stated laws?

Approximately hundreds of players already signed up with qualify free casinos, but only a few percentage of these sign ups finally deposit and start playing.

So far we have not any reported issue from players who signed up with our qualify free selection.

Why victims are willing to lose $100s, 1000s or even 10000s to criminals, but are not willing contribute anything or even cost free to enforce their claims?

Is this the Stockholm syndrom?

There are a lot of reported damages in the Scam Accusations thread recently!

Does anyone have any idea why no one of the victims have interest for a cost free consumer protection service that could lead to get their account balances processed, instead of losing 10s of Bitcoins?

If you do not care about your money at gaming and betting sites, why do you complain in forums then, if something happened? Does this make any sense?

We need to analyze the legal fees, if it can't cover my losses from the casino which is a scam, I would not spend money on this, people always get scammed, it is the necessary lesson.
O.k., here are some numbers for you to analyse: Pending Full Flush Poker Litigation 70:30 no cure no pay case, to start a court case:

Quote
a) Invest $1,500 (1% court fee of $150,000) with the chance to receive $105,000 ($150,000 owed – $45,000 = 30% law firm contingency fee).

$1,500 of $105,000 = 1,4%! If the chance to win the court case is 1,4% or higher, it is worth to invest!

b) If the court judgement confirm the liability of the parties involved, then the law firm can refer to this court case and collect as well the lower amounts owed, which are currently around $50,000 in total:

Invest $1,500 (1% court fee) with the chance to receive $105,000 (IneedpaidFF) + $35,000 ($50,000 lower amounts owed – $15,000 = 30% law firm contingency fee) = $140,000.

$1,500 of $140,000 = 1,1%! If the chance to win the court case is 1,1% or higher, it is worth to invest!

Based on my knowledge and experience, if a law firm take a case on a contingency fee basis, the expected chance to win the case and receive money is at least around 25%.

Invest 1 to 1,5% of the possible amount to receive, while the chance to win the court case and receive money is at least around 25%: Does this sound good?

Would you do this?

US $ 100s of million are already embezzled or defrauded by online gaming and betting operators and you can read every day about new issues!

Do you think a legal expenses insurance would be helpful to enforce your rights and money?
I am not sure about it as i am small time gambler. It might be helpful for whales who spend a fortune gambling.

Are you willing to pay lawyer and court fees from your pocket, to enforce your money?
It all depends upon the amount of money lost.As you would not spend a huge amount to get pennies back  Grin

If a gaming or betting company owe you money, would you have interest to get it?
Most of the sites i play would reply if i start a support ticket and would rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Considering all the issues every day, is it time to play with cost free consumer protection service?

Secondly, they try to aware people of fraud and criminal online gambling (something people cry from all over the place), and they are also trying to get their money/rights back (people are talking about thousands, if not millions, of dollars, not some satoshis left here and there) or at least wipe some of the damage left from being scammed/stolen.

If you are owed $10,000 by a gambling company, how much % of the amount owed would you be willing to spend to enforce your claim?

Nothing because the fees you would pay for a lawyer are probably going to outweigh the money to be returned. 100% this case will be dragged for years in a court of law. Better to just brush it off and move on with your life.
In the pending Full Flush Poker Litigation 70:30 case, the percentage is 1,5% of the possible amount to receive, to bring this case to the court.

Based on what will this case be tragged for years in a court of law?

You can join a court case and move on with your life. There is no contradiction, especially if it is cost free or low cost. Smiley Or did I miss something?

i Think if bitcoin gambling site is nothing is open service insurance
Can you please translate this to readable English?

because bitcoin gambling site anonymous, and player bitcoin gambling still prefered and like this use anonymous
Why is Bitcoin gambling site anonymous? There are a lot of known operators who offer Bitcoin as a deposit and withdrawal option.

Did you make a poll? How many % of the Bitcoin users like to use this anonymous? If players still prefered anonymous, there would be not such a huge request to introduce Bitcoin for not anonymous sites. A few % want to stay anonymous, but this is no problem, as there are still some anonymous stay sites available.

That's a bit strange to spend on an insurance for gambling IMHO xD

Especially on the case of betcoin.ag you're giving. If one wins 1000btc I'd say you could spend a few thousands dollars in legal fees if your cause is legitimate...
It doesn't matter what "insurance" you have. If you win a big jackpot it will always be worth the legal expenses no?
Absolutely correct!

But in most cases the winners simply have not the money on hand to pay the over $10,000 investigation (if required) and legal expenses costs!

This is the problem:

- Jasonort won a 500 Bitcoins jackpot and is not willing or able to spend the investigation and legal expenses.

- The Full Flush Poker Litigation 70:30 victims are basically not willing to spend only 1,5% of the possible amount to receive, to start the court case, while this is an instant call from a mathematically point of few: Only 1,5% to spend, while the chance to win the court case and get the money owed is at least around 25%.

And this problem is solved with Qualify free, because in such cases Game Protect simply pays the litigation costs, with the chance to receive what is owed.

An insurance is important, because instead of a small number of victims have to contribute a huge amount, a huge number of insured contribute a low amount and make the proceeding instantly possible.

In addition, a cost free or low contribution insurance makes it also possible and worth to enforce lower amounts owed. There is a reason why insurances are so popular. Smiley

In the first place. I consider most of the gambling sites illegal in my place especially right now. My main point of doing so sometimes is to experience the game and the site themselves so that i can provide any reviews. Tho this things a very far from hiring some ensurance of lawyers to feel safe because i my self dont gamble that much
Even if you do not gamble much, you could be lucky and win a larger amount? And if the insurance is even cost free, why would you care?

Gambling might be illegal in your jurisdiction, but the legal action would be in the jurisdiction of the gaming provider.

Lol. Then how can you protect your members in the first place if you yourself doesnt have an idea to the owner of the gambling site he was playing? Isnt it crazy to have an insurance service in which you couldnt get something? Are you willing to pay your user when they lose in gambling?
Who said I myself have no idea to the owner of the gambling site he was playing?

An insurance service in which you couldn't get something would be indeed crazy, but this is obviously not the case.

No, no insurance in this world is willing to pay legitimate gambling losses. But if players lost because of a rigged software, yes, then legal proceedings would be covered by the insurance.
