I do not think that any site are going to give this proof here since it is pretty confidential on how much their balance. And if they give us the proof here then they will risk entire of their balance to be hacked by someone through any resources. So I think it is better to keep it secretly to everyone. And btw what is the point of knowing this proof? Are you going to win all of their balance? By knowing it then it become useless to us unless you are going to hack them
its very common for the gambling sites to announce their bankroll or at least post proof of funds
like signing an address that holds coins , for example - this goes a long way to build trust for the site ,especially if it is new

Of course it is very common but there is no way that any site will show how much bitcoin they holding publicaly. This is what we expect to but in reality they always denying it unless like what you said about allowing investment so it will be showing the real data on the site but still we never know how much bankroll that they are actually holding on
So you can bet on there without any getting scared to get scammed once you have won huge amount. Will you gambling on a site with little bankroll? (I know it's sounds impossible for a casino only have little bankroll, but who knows maybe there are some sites which only has below than 10 btc as bankroll).
