Horse Racing is in beta,it is promising but still there are bux.Money in play after end of event few houres ago,about GMT 2 pm was ok.And still that confirmation window doesnt want to stop

There is an error in horse racing, when I place a bet it doesnt match. So there is a 2.0 back and 2.0 lay bet. Can you check it?

My today lay bet was not matched,was not unmatched,btc are still in play
We had a bug which didn't allow the release of user's blocked funds.
That issue was fixed this morning and in the meantime all user's incorrect blocked balances were released.
If you have any other problem please contact via support or livechat

About the rules, all situations are well defined. We are currently applying same rules as betfair regarding the market settlements, so we also follow same criteria for non-runners and dead heat on HR.
On the future this information will all be featured on our website also!

Hi.
Market was already settled yesterday as you can see on your statement, our markets are always settled automatically after the event ends, if they are not settled after 5 minutes you may open a support ticket.
However due to a bug that now already fixed the wallet "blocked amount" was not being correctly released.
Sorry for the inconvenience but keep in mind that on normal situations you receive your funds right after the settlement!
