There is nothing to fix there. BetBTC is not a regular bookmaker but a betting exchange.
All unmatched bets / odds you see on platform were performed by other users, and are waiting to be matched.
If there is no offer on the market you are looking at, feel free to place your unmatched bet and wait for someone to match it.
