Those matches are still months away and it may take longer before they are visible. I think they will be published soon.

If I am in the U.S. just betting point spreads at -110 (1.91) odds, with Bitcoin at $19,000 USD, I would earn 22.15 loyalty points by wagering $110 at -110 (1.91) odds.

Not necessarily. Your bonus is a function of bet amount and the odds. You can read the details on the website.
According to the website, every time you make a bet, a point is calculated and your point can be converted to BTC.
Your point is calculated as follows.
Point = B * 10,000 * (X0.5-1)
B = bet amount (at BTC)
X = odds, if odds isn't bigger than 4.
X = 4, if odds is bigger than 4.
You can claim 0.001 BTC for every 400 points.
Assuming you bet your deposit 200 times, you can get 100% of your deposit as bonus, but the odds must be bigger than 1.44
Assuming the odds is 4, for getting 100% of your deposit as bonus, you only need to bet your deposit 40 times.

I can confirm that my withdraws were made instant, I didn’t have to wait for days, not even for hours to get paid by betbtc.co
Because of that, and also because the total withdrawal fee will depend on the wallet available unspent inputs, it's not possible to determine the total amount to be debited before the transaction is actually built.
You can charge a constant amount of instant. For instance, 10k sats per tx or 5k sats per tx and depending on the network, you can increase or decrease the fee amount.I haven't use the custom choice, I usually use the regular transaction fee as I'm already contented on the processing speed, sometimes if I really need the money I use the priority.
