As participants are posting in this thread for the promotion, so it is against the rules of "Giveaways/promos/etc do not belong in this forum!"
There were some other ANN threads were moved to Games and Rounds board because they did similar thing like what you do currently.
If the promo requires participants to post something, so Games and Rounds board is the most appropriate place.
Do not take it as an offensive comment, members cares about the rules as well as cares about your ANN thread.
