@sleepingdogs
A lot of time has passed since you opened this thread. Are there any positive news?
Did you manage to resolve the issue or found someone who was able to help you to get your winnings withdrawn and your account unlocked?

Betchain is using their terms and conditions to find fault with me deliberately so as to find a reason not to pay me.
I have never played in the Betchain Casino game. Honestly or not, I don't know about that.

However, the same case has happened before as you have experienced, but was resolved properly by the Betchain parties.

You can see here: Topic: betchain.com Refused to pay me Wait 3-4 days (Cheat)

Or if possible I suggest if Betchain, does not respond to your case at least you can PM: BetChain ask directly what you are experiencing right now.
Or you can create a topic called BetChain, in the (Scam Accusations or Reputation) section. Discuss your problem carefully.

Your usage of NordVPN is probably the reason your withdrawal was rejected. There are probably other users using the same VPN which most likely resulted in your account getting flagged. There is no way for them to prove you have multiple accounts without asking every single account for KYC which they wont do. It's an unfortunate situation you found yourself in.

it definitely is the case, you should have known better than to use one of the cheapest VPNs to play from a restricted jurisdiction
you have broken their TOS twice , accessing the site from a country that is banned from playing
and your account is most likely connected to many other accounts who would try to get a bonus code or a freebie in a form of spins or something like that
while you can try and look for an advice elsewhere , but I'd write the money off as lost and move on
there is no chance you can get the money , do not listen to the "enforcers"

If you have proof of your account balance you can submit your claim to Game Protect and we will enforce it.

Mr. Enforcer! How many have you enforced ?
Over 10 submitted claims successfully enforced. Smiley

The biggest mistake online casino victims can do is listen to extremely mentally ill bitcointalk accounts like TwitchySeal!

marlboroza alleges: Due largely to the factors mentioned in this topic, I believe that anyone dealing with game-protect is at a high risk of losing money, and guests would be well-advised to avoid doing so. This determination is based on concrete red flags which any knowledgeable & reasonable forum user should agree with, and it is not based on the user's opinions.

Support: TwitchySeal

This extremely mentally ill bitcointalk account believes that anyone dealing with game-protect is at a high risk of losing money, even though we are since 3,5 years active with over 500 online casino scam reports received and no one ever lost money while dealing with game-protect! Cheesy

Do not do business with this Scammer.  Do not send him money.  Do not give him any personal details.
At first he will say you don't have to pay anything if he doesn't collect.  Then he will pressure to get you to pay 5% of your claim up front for 'court costs' and then ghost you.  He is not a lawyer.  He does not work with lawyers.  He is a one man scam business.  One victim who sent him about $1,000 USD over 9 months ago started this thread
when he stopped responding.  Eventually he showed up in the thread, made a bunch of nonsense posts in attempt to make her be quiet (which he then deleted) and then decided to post her personal information.  There are many others like her.

If you need more evidence, just check out his mess of a thread or the rankings of bitcointalks least trusted users

We don't want to be a jury in a matter we know nothing about but it seems obvious you have broken their Terms and Conditions. That explains why AskGamblers rejected your appeal for mediation. It is always important to read and familiarize yourself with a Casino company's TOS, and be ready to follow them, before deciding to use the services.

I don't think it's wise to assume a kind of conspiracy between the two companies you mentioned just because they seems to have acted in unison. Neither are we blaming you for the whole saga. Try to contact someone up in the hierarchy in the company to see if they can remedy your situation.

It really hurts to win and not be able to get the proceed out. That is why everyone needs to play by the rules in order to avoid situations like this.

Sure i was just asking a question to see if anyone on bitcointalk has experienced this.

This is what the AskGamblers rep said

Thank you for contacting the AskGamblers Support Team.

In a situation where terms violation is being disputed, AskGamblers Complaints Team is following a strict policy of non-intervention as we are adamant in our position that once accepted and signed, all the relevant casino and bonus terms should be followed. Please be informed that decision taken by the AskGamblers Complaints Team to reject your case is final and will not be put under further consideration.

Which really I can’t help but wonder why they are so quick to reject me without even asking for more details. There are similar complaints being posted years ago thats why I even submitted my complaint.

The rules are there for a reason, I understand and thats why I stopped writing in to their customer service. Because the rules say they have every right to not answer my doubts. I asked for my transaction log they said no. I asked for all chat transcripts they could only send 1 day’s. I have given up but I hope everyone reading this will know where I’m coming from. The rules exist to protect the casino. The rules dont exist to pick out problems so as to deny winnings. They not only have denied my winnings, my deposit is gone as well. Every question I asked, the staff replied with a chunk of their Terms and Conditions copied. Oh the last message from them was “Sorry but nothing changed”

Lastly, I was not playing with any bonus or whatsover. There should be no reason why I would create another account.

Allegedly I had created one or more duplicate accounts, on the same ip address. However I wasn’t using any promotions so really I had no reason to do that. Prior to this win, was once or twice i had cashout without them asking for any documents. So I assume, if it was the documents then someone else must have stolen my identity card? I have also uploaded a selfie picture holding that ID, so if any duplicated accounts were found with the same ID as me most surely as the account holder i can know at least the username or email address of the account right?

They can detect if there's unusual activity on that other account. If there's not it shouldn't be a reason for them to shut down your account and takes your winnings.

You can also comply with KYC but they give you that option. Hmmmmmmm...

Yes i have complied with KYC by uploading pictures of my ID and a selfie of me holding it so that means to say, there are other accounts verified with my ID. But it seems it is their policy, as long as they?ve decided you are in violation of the terms and conditions, thats it. No room for any questions or nothing. I wished though that whatever unusual activities they have detected, they could have detected them before this win. I was able to cash out a tiny amount and then when they had my trust, deposited more. And then this happened.

Hi guys, I would like to highlight an issue I had with Betchain, the online casino. i have been depositing bitcoins a few times, managed to cashout small amounts (less than 100 or 200 usd), fortunately managed to win about 0.11 bitcoin on the slot games about 2 weeks back. However they stopped my cashout, closed my account and took my winnings and initial deposit. Their terms and conditions states that you are not allowed to debate their decision if you are found in violation of the terms and conditions. Players from my country are allowed but my internet provider has blocked the site so i was using NordVPN’s p2p server to access the site. I have almost given up hope in getting my money back as the staff are not very eager to help. Their customer service is less than satisfactory but guess I don’t have the right to comment, since im being labeled as a violater LOL Allegedly I had created one or more duplicate accounts, on the same ip address. However I wasn’t using any promotions so really I had no reason to do that. Prior to this win, was once or twice i had cashout without them asking for any documents. So I assume, if it was the documents then someone else must have stolen my identity card? The purpose of this post is to serve as a warning to anyone who is planning to deposit to this site, please take your money elsewhere where you will be valued as an esteemed customer. The purpose of terms and conditions is to protect the casino, but the way I see it, Betchain is using their terms and conditions to find fault with me deliberately so as to find a reason not to pay me.

I have written in to online mediators as well, but there is no response. It is weird though, Askgamblers immediately rejected my complaint, citing “violation of terms and conditions” Well since Betchain states as long as they deem you are in violation therefore you are, I suppose so but for the mediator- isn’t it weird that they immediately reject me and agree with Betchain that I have duplicate accounts? I see Bitstarz is highly recommended on AskGamblers and bitstarz operates under DirexNV, and so does Betchain. Is it a coincidence or are AskGamblers and DirexNV affiliated in any way?
