Hi BetChain,

I played the first time today on your site, was very lucky, managed to fullfill the welcome bonus and made a withdraw of 0,19 BTC.
Was so happy, but...after that, I received a mail from your support team asking for a ID and a selfie (holding my ID).

I never had to provide my ID to any other BTC Casino before but the selfie thing is just ridiculous. Just read the whole thread and you wrote, that it's needed for no-deposit bonuses, but I don't claimed a no-deposit bonus.

What's next? A video verficiation? I don't get it - it's possible to register and deposit without providing any personal information, but when it comes to withdrawal you want all the details and a proove of that. So where is the benefit for playing with BTC?

Was it a deposit bonus or a no deposit bonus?  I assume it was all crypto and no actual banking.

Regardless, it's pathetic that Betchain requires personal information and doesn't make it abundantly clear before offering any type of bonus.  They will tell you that it's required by their regulators, but it's not - or at least they aren't able to prove that it is.

Hi,
This is the latest response we received from our platform provider-

"I have never heard back from the player.

We do not have information about Result and Secret of the game round of this player. He calculated the hash incorrectly , that's why the results in the end do not match.
This is a one time case that happened as a result of the incorrect actions of the player."

Pretty ridiculous to imply you don't have logs of every wager made...I'm sure it's not true.

Here, I'll help you find it.

Go through the logs and look for the point where the players mltc balance was exactly 11038.32960 .  If there a multiple instances of this, look for the one where dealer won with AsQh

You can't change the player seed after the hand and before you verify outcome.  I don't see how it would be possible for the verification to fail if it wasn't a problem on your end.

Hi,
We are still waiting for the player to respond to our requests.

All this info is in the game logs that both you and the provider have access to.

You have screenshots of the hands in question...it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to get all the info you need.

Hi Brian,

Please update the community on this situation.  I promise it won't be forgotten.

Is it your fault, the players fault or the providers fault?  (prove it)

Hi,

Thanks for your support. I agree that is too long to respond to a client.

We asked the player for his result + secret, as the provider responded that the most likely reason why hash does not match is that the player calculated the hash from the stack, when it is necessary to calculate it from  result + secret.

Once I send them the result + secret, they will be able to respond.

Thanks, again.

Hi,
I sent another request to our platform provider to push to get a response from the aggregator team.
Thanks for your patience.

So they have just not responded since your first request (on March 1)

What the hell?

How is this ok and what would it take for you to stop offering games from this third party?

All of our games are provided by 3rd party providers. They will send us their findings.

this is basically the gist of the email I got back... both my emails to betchain are already summarized in the thread here.

Alright well Brian clearly owes you a reasonable response.

Don't give up.  And please update the community with whatever happens.

Also, you will likely be approached by a user called "Game-Protect"

Do not give him any money to "help" you get your money back, it's a scam.

Hi Brian from Betchain..

I am a new user on betchain.com and deposited about 12.6 LTC on your site.

The multihand blackjack said it was provably fair, but I had at least 6 instances when the verification failed, and on all these hands: the dealer either made a blackjack or made 21 with less than 7 on his face up card.

I emailed [email protected] too with the 2 screenshots; no response. When I contacted live chat, all i got was: it was provided by 3rd party, we can't do anything.

This is really bad for a company that advertises as provably fair.

PIC: 2:  https://imgur.com/a/QAtDV   ---- image when I had 1.xx LTC  left.

I found multiple other times as well... but I didn't bother as my total money on your site  was more than my deposits at that time.

I went to quickhash website and verified the hash of the final results shown. They didn't match with the result hash provided on the provably fair verification tool on your site. This is really bad.

Brian,
Can we get an update on this please.

Flip The Proverbial Bitcoin For Heads And Tails!

Here is a mind twister: if we flip a Bitcoin, what would you choose, heads or tails? Which has
the biggest chance of giving you the win you were expecting? Bitcoin enthusiasts know
the answer very well. You can’t really flip a Bitcoin because it is a unit of accounting on
a distributed ledger. Nevertheless, Bgaming decided to defy this notion and give you a chance
to choose. It seems there are ways to fit the classic game of chance into the blockchain, so
you can win by flipping the unflappable. Here is how.

Hi,
As you know, we have sent the screenshots to the game provider.

I'll keep you posted via email as soon as I hear back.

Thanks for your patience!

Thanks. Please do understand that I wasn't faking it or trying to scam your site. It was all genuine and I actually sent the first email within very few minutes of its happening.

There were total of 8 instances when this happened (6 times when I was in good profits, so didn't bother to take screenshots.)

Please take a look into this.

I am also very curious how the game provided will investigate into this? What if the provider just says everything is fair? It clearly isn't. Is there a methodology where you have all the game hashes and results present?
