On the other hand there are all sorts of scams but of the management is an accomplice to this it gets pretty ugly.

You state disappointment because every third player is a bot but you only have mentioned a possible four, the thing is does it really matter even if there was bots playing? You too can use tools to help you with odds in the pot etc if you can't do it by head.
There is really nothing to worry about unless the bots are controlled by them and they win every other game which i am sure they do not if i am honest i have not played their enough to notice..
