I certainly didn't get any "bonuses" as a result of any of this, though that wasn't the intention to begin with.

They don't give bonuses for making ludicrous accusations in a public forum?

Weird...

Thanks everyone for your posts on this matter.  As we train new support sometimes they are hit with issues that they were not prepared for.  If a player ever deposits funds below 1 mbtc, a simple ticket with an address to send them back or adding more funds and a ticket to support to add them to the account.

We have been very generous to those that have had a delay because of this and would never "steal" funds from any player.  If you have submitted a ticket prior to posting this, please bump it for review, because you would have been taken care of and bonuses as others in this thread were for your delay and inconvenience.

I sent a PM to you. Thanks for reaching out. Sadly, the last support person I had talked to (as you can see in the chat log) started out arguing that I didn't know what I was talking about, too. He ended up conceding once I posted proof that the information's found in your own website. I certainly didn't get any "bonuses" as a result of any of this, though that wasn't the intention to begin with. I had put in a ticket. I had contacted support. Support then started blocking my support requests (I only know this because I contacted support using a separate IP/name/"problem" and I got support within seconds). It was at that time that I posted this thread.

A year ago when I didn't know anything much about bitcoin yet I did try to deposit some satoshi amounts to Betcoin.ag and it never reached, one e-mail to support and I did understand of not reaching minimum so my deposit was never credited. I forgot about it and have won a lot of money through the site afterwards and haven't waited on withdrawals for longer than a few hours. There is not many Poker sites around that provide that. One thing that I can say about their support team is that they go up and beyond to take care of their players. Every glitch or error made has always been compensated and occasionally with extra.

I find your approach amusing to say the least. If you would have taken the same time to properly address this issue via ticket to support pretty much the same time that you took to put together your elaborate post on how BC.ag is SCAMMING you out of $0.10 cents. Then I would have seen it being resolved as soon as someone from higher level had taken a look at it.

Your 20.007 deposit was made a month later after your initial micro ones so I wouldn't find it surprising if there is some error, that happens. Recent adding of new support has made reaching out to them through live chat a lot easier how ever answers may sometimes not be the most well written or entirely on point that is why you should go through support ticket and wait for higher level support to resolve your issue when dealing with slightly bigger issue. I know for a fact that if Paul, Andrew or George would have read that ticket they would have had you all set in a minute.

They have fixed countless sportsbook slips for me, taken care of refunds on disconnected tournaments, given free funds and tickets... This list could go on and on and that is besides the one of the friendliest and helpful community you could find online. As long as you are being calm and respectful you most certainly do not get anything but same back.

Damn people these days... Stop being so mad.

That's entirely my fault. I never thought of putting in a ticket first. Thanks for the heads-up so I know what to do next time!

San, San, San... Did you have to answer because you feel like you have won by having the last word? When I noticed that there was a ticket involved I admitted to my fault there and told you that BUMP is the way to go.

I really doubt that you did not see that so I guess you want to feel like you won. Fine I give you the satisfaction, feel it san, feel it!

I had a good giggle for the morning thanks to you and this is a win for me.

You realize that not only have I referred well over 100 users to Betcoin over the past 13 months (and even have posts as recent as a few days ago persuading players to join the site), but I've also reviewed them highly positively on both my site and a couple of others, right? The last thing I wanted to do was take this public.

You made thread "Beware Of Betcoin.ag [Stealing Funds - Proof Inside] "

over 1 chip

You expect people to believe its the last thing you wanted to do.  That betcoin committed theft of your chip. Then you call others delusional.

lol not to mention he's been refferring people for over a year and just now made is first 15k satoshi deposit 1 month ago,
but  OHYEAH he is is on a paid per post signature compaign so i guess he's trying to get his next deposit up

and i normally dont like to point out obvious things like 2 were 1 month ago and 1 was today, so i assume tht conversation happened before today since they said there were only 2 deposits

You're right -- it did happen before today. It was yesterday. Great observation.

And re-read the text. What he said is that there were two deposits "for less than the minimum we accept." Great super-sleuthing, there, Scooby Doo, but I think you're in the wrong room.

Pro tip: 20.7 mBTC is above the criteria of "less than the minimum we accept," but I do applaud your efforts.

you deposited 0.00015 two times and those were the two deposits he seen pretty obvious.. but im not gonna go back and forth with you because 0.00015 twice is .3mbtc which is less than 1mbtc which is their minimum.. case closed

im kinda seeing why live support didnt wanna talk to you

0.15+0.15=0.3
20.7-20=0.7
0.3+0.7=1.0

Basic mathematics.

It was obvious the first chat you posted was before the 3rd deposit showed up, so you are mixing and calling people scammers and twisting things around.... and like i said all you had to do was talk to them

Not sure if you're just trying to pad your post count or what. My last post here actually confirms everything I've said, from Betcoin themselves, Smiley. In fact, they changed their site as a result of it. I applaud your erroneous efforts, though. You were trying so hard!

Im not trying to pad shit you seem like you are trying post count up for sig i have no reason to if you would have just contacted support AFTER the third one was there and didnt have only TWO micro transactions showing on your account and then turn around and talk shit about a site where I've grown to kinda like the staff there and the community as a whole with twisted posts that have no dates on them ... and if you notice my first reply to you could have ended but now your turning it against me when i was just pointing out something obvious... sad a newbie knows better than to call scammer on something legit and hero member cant figure it out... Undecided

The last thing I wanted to do was take this public. Out of all the sites I know of that deal with poker, Betcoin has always been my favorite in the past. They were always the first choice. In fact, Betcoin is one of the very first sites I personally reviewed when I released my own site a couple weeks ago, and has its place as the first one players find when looking for Bitcoin poker sites. I don't have a good reputation around here because I target random sites and try to destroy their reputation. It's very rare that I'll post anything negative about ANY site, in fact. It's only when someone's unwilling to resolve their problems. 99.9% of the time, everything is resolved via private chats and/or support -- something I spent many hours trying to get their support to do yesterday before I finally gave up.

Quit trying to twist things and make them seem like something they're not. I have more than enough proof of my statements, and now Betcoin has admitted their fault, altered their FAQs by removing the infringing statement, and by my book, everything is fine now.

You're delusional, at best, attempting to make up some fairy tale story that not only doesn't match any of the proof I've posted before, but is also shown to be false by Betcoin themselves. Move on. You're not going to magically turn it into something it's not, no matter how hard you try.

From this point forward, I will not respond to your posts.

LoL I bet you do respond because u are obviously just as hard headed as me when you feel strongly about something and us hard heads like to get our points across and the lost word...

UPDATE: Resolved through "Betcoin George" -- full chat log follows (account credited, FAQ page removed from the site. Apparently their support wasn't aware of the fact that that page even said what it did):
