So, you are saying you live in house with your friend and you are both playing on same laptop 2 accounts? And you tipped friends account from the same laptop from the same IP and the same house? I am sorry, but i think every site where you may have only 1 account would ban you for this.

CUT* just that we had to send in our ID's to get the issue resolved. Both sent our ID's in, his account was never locked, I'm waiting on a response email, not expecting great result...

If you both sent ID's i don't see problem then, you just need to wait for support to answer, and if they unlock your account i would ask them to refund you tournament ticket.

They refunded it, all is well, just never heard of something like this happening before. I'll probably remove this embarrassing rage post

Now this I cant understand...

A friend and I decided to start playing on a new site after all those good poker rooms shut down, and found, Betcoin.ag.

He's a casual player, I'm more serious (bad, but serious) player.

So I'm playing a couple months, just re-deposited a 4th time, threw 136 on it cuz I was planning on doing bigish bets.

Anyways, I'm in the middle of a tournament when I get the message saying my account is blocked/locked. Contact support.

I contacted them, and they seemed to have blocked my account due to multiple account use. I have only one account and have played on only one account, but my friend has visited a few times before and used my laptop to check his balance, and play some games while I had to work. There have even been a couple rare times where we both want to play in same game, or even at the same house, but we are obviously competitive... There's never been any chip dumping, strange plays, or anything like that between us two.

THE ONLY transfer ever requested, was for 8.12mtbc to be transferred to my friends account tonight, because I felt giving. and hours later in the middle of a tourny, banned...

---

Now I can see this if I was a first time depositor, maybe. or If there was enough indication that I'm cheating, and its so unbelievably frustrating when you want to play on the site, you make a rather bigger RE-deposite than usual, and then the account is banned the same night. Obviously I liked your site, I want to support it, I nor have my friend ever accumulated enough chips for a withdrawal, but we'd like to try. Why would they want to hit n run me for 136 chips??

I contacted support, they said the have records of us using the same ip's in the same game (VERY possible it has happened) and used the same computer to log in and play [at different times], but never mentioned cheating, just that we had to send in our ID's to get the issue resolved. Of course they could be suspecting collusion but if there's no records of strange plays whatsoever I think the ban is also unjustified. I hope they will address this properly and if there's nothing suspicious found, they should of course unban your account. Still, it's probably best to only use your personal account next time and not let others' use theirs.
