Hello, both of your inquiries have the same answer, which is related to the sports provider. Depending on which display currency you have selected, you will either be given a chance to select your in-play currency or not. This is determined by whether or not the provider offers a certain currency natively. Regarding the max bet, that would depend on your limits on a certain provider. We can certainly have this reviewed if you would like to DM us your username and which sportsbook you were using.
But the good thing about offering multiple sportsbooks, is that if you don't like something at one, there is another option for you to try. Thank you so much for your feedback!
Thank you -- I played around and found something that showed me a display in BTC, so I took that. Ended up being a pretty decent boost (4.50 just an hour before kickoff when other books had toned down). Would prefer to be able to get notification of these boosts -- and early --but appreciate the option.
Liverpool did not win, so at least one of us won from my optimism this time around

My query was more related to max balance on bet, rather than raising balance. It was more of a display problem -- betting made in USD value but balance in BTC. I needed to calculate the dollar value to bet my entire BTC balance -- a "bet 100% of balance" option would solve this. Thank you though!
