Go over here https://www.betcoin.ag/promos you'll find some available bonuses, click on one of the bonuses you are looking for then you'll find how to get the bonus. Afaik their bonuses are mostly added manually after you ask it via live chat or submit a ticket. Make sure you read the whole terms of the bonuses because not all players are eligible for the bonuses. Some bonuses required bronze level II or higher.

New referral, not too familiar with bitcoin, but referral or free play bonuses?
Afaik there is no free bonuses (free spins/no deposit bonus) for new players to play on the casino games but you can try the poker freeroll. You may earn some chips if you are lucky enough on the freeroll. Then if you have won some chips from the freeroll, you can transfer it to your main balance to play the casino games.

After the update, there was a timing issue that arose with the Betcoin tournaments that is being fixed. Should be complete shortly and will keep you posted. Thank you.
The Daily Coin that ran inadvertently has been canceled and payments have been sent to players based on the cancellation schedule. Another Daily Coin will run at the normal scheduled time. The ticket system for this tournament may not work, but simply send a ticket and we will get you taken care of. Don't wait until the last minute! Good luck!
