Hello Betcoin,
I wanted to register but I live in Germany and I checked your terms and this is listed as forbidden countries:
2.5 The website does not permit accounts to be opened by customers resident in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States of America (including USA dependencies, military bases and territories), Australia, Afghanistan, Belarus, Belgium, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Curaçao, Czech Republic, Denmark, Democratic Republic of the Congo, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Netherlands, North Korea, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Zimbabwe , Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, the Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St. Maarten, Singapore or other restricted jurisdictions ("Restricted Jurisdiction") as communicated by us from time to time.
And then in another secion of your terms, this is listed:
2.8.8 Universal Monsters (Dracula, Creature from the Black Lagoon, Phantoms Curse and The Invisible Man) may only be played in the following territories: Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine, North Macedonia, Turkey, Austria, Cyprus, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia.
Can you explain to me how German, Netherlands, Greece and Russia citizens cannot join the website but they can play that certain casino game?
Also, I'm pretty sure that couple months ago when I last checked your terms, Germany was not listed as a forbidden country yet. Why have you recently included it as a forbidden country? Your license does not forbid you to accept Germans and most other crypto sportsbooks do accept Germans from a Curacao license. So why did you decide to cut out customers from such a big market? I can imagine you had a lot of German customers so why would you not want their business if your license is not forbidding it?
And it's also strange that all the famous casino/sportsbook comparison websites do list Betcoin.ag as accepting Germans:
https://www.sportwettenvergleich.net/betcoin-ag-sportwetten-erfahrungen/https://cryptomaniaks.com/betcoin-reviewhttps://bookmaker-expert.com/de/bookmakers/betcoin-ag-bewertung/And those reviews are from 2023 and your last terms update is listed as if it's from December 2022 so this doesn't add up.
Or do you in fact still accept Germans and the listing as a forbidden country a mistake?
Please let me know, will I get in trouble if I sign up as a German on Betcoin.ag or not?
